The room we purchased was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that made into a bed. The room was supposed to sleep 5. When we arrived the room we were given smelled like mold and couch was broken. We were still charged the full price for the room and had to purchase an additional room to house our family.

My family and I had a good stay. The hotel room was nice, beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was very nice. I'll stay here again!

Check in was quick. The room was spacious & clean. My 14 yo son & 11 yo daughter don’t like sharing the bed so having the pull out couch is great for our family. Breakfast was good too!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Only issue was that the people above us had kids that ran back and forth in the room from midnight to morning 😞

I called the Best Western Premier University Inn immediately after making my reservation online to confirm our room had a pullout couch bed that was stated and pictured in a 3rd party app. I also wanted to inform the front desk our family would be arriving around 12:30 am for a late checkin. The woman who answered the phone at 6:30 pm told me she would take bedding to our room and make the pullout couch so we wouldn't have to make the pullout bed late when we were tired. Oh my word, what an angel! Our family has traveled on several occasions over the last few years and stayed at a variety of hotel chains. We have never received such hospitality and thoughtfulness, and with follow-through. We were greated so warmly when we arrived. It felt like we knew her for years and were arriving at a friend's home. I am still in awe of the genuine care and attention we received. Thank you so much!

Our stay at this hotel was pretty disappointing. We checked in at 3am and the clerk that assisted us was very friendly. That was the first and last encounter with a hospitable staff member. At 8am housekeeping knocked to ask if we wanted service, we asked that they come back later (uh, we did just get there at 3am!) When we left the room for the day around noon, we asked the front desk clerk to have our room serviced. She said that we told the housekeeper we didn’t want our room serviced and that the entire housekeeping staff was gone for the day. We were disappointed that there was a ‘miscommunication’ but we let it go. It was the 4th of July so maybe they let everyone off to be with family. Although the room was tidy, it wasn’t thoroughly clean. It was smelly like mildew and turning on the AC did not help…it actually made it worse. The tv remote was sticky and there was gunk on the door handle. The shower floor was peeling and could use a deep cleaning in the corners. Even the stairwell needed cleaning as someone had spilled coffee in there at some point and it wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there. As for the staff, the friendliest encounter we had was with the night clerk at 3am. The staff members at this hotel could use some lessons in hospitality. The front desk clerks were typically on their phones and seemed annoyed if we asked for assistance. I’m never staying at this hotel again.

When we checked and went to the first room it smelled terrible like a mildewy mold smell. The lady at the front was very kind she moved us into another room and it smelled even worse. So I moved to a third room and it wasn’t much better. I felt like I put myself in my four children in harm sleeping in this place I kept waking up all night I feel sick in my ears and throat I almost feel like I’m Inhaling mold and it’s making me sick. I couldn’t afford to lose out on the money I spent on this place and find another place and I know the girl tried her best to help me but every room I’ve been put in smells horrible. I will never stay at this hotel again there is a major problem going on here The smell is not normal.

A lovely hotel. While I was traveling alone I would certainly be happy to bring my family here. Plenty of nearby dining options. Friendly staff. Very clean room.
