We had another wonderful time at the Beau Rivage except for when we went to the pool. Lots of young children splashing everyone around them and parents not doing anything to stop it or jumping on you as they jumped into the pool. Also, concerning when a parent tells their child to urine in the pool because they don't want to get out of the pool to take them to the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel but, it’s not for families. Mainly, retirees who gamble. I had read the kids over 16 could go into the casino areas in MS with an adult. The lady at the front of the casino area was very rude when I asked about this and made my daughter carry a business card just to walk through to the restaurant area.

This is a Resort that is Top Notch! Lots of different casino machines as well as Table games. Beautiful swimming pool and great ocean view. Lots of places to eat and they all have great food.Plenty of shopping. We celebrated my mom’s 89th birthday and everyone made her feel so SPECIAL! She has been coming with her best friend who is 91 for years. They have had to miss a few years due to health issues but both recovered. They truly had the time of their lives and had too many good laughs to count.Thank you all at the Beau Rivage for helping to give a PRICELESS MEMORY that our family will treasure forever!! I confirmed an ocean view room. What i got was a view of the streets.
I confirmed a second room for family and its lights didnt work. I also asked for handicaped rooms or rooms close to the elevator. I received rooms far away from elevators and they were not handicap rooms. Other than that, the stay was nice

Apart from the slow check in line. Our stay was a good experience. Very comfortable beautiful room. Slept like a baby.

We had mold in our bathroom. My child also found a pill under the bed which was not ours so therefore must have been left by someone else. Maids needs to check that, he was old enough to know not to touch it. Thankfully, could have been a bad situation if not. Staff was friendly tho.

Our check-in was OK, relatively quick - although our other family members who checked in earlier had to wait in line over 45 minutes and there was nowhere to sit, which is a big deal for elderly. They also waited quite some time for an elevator at the parking garage.
Our room smelled like a gymnasium, and sadly the windows didn't open even a crack for fresh air. Fortunately by the 2nd day it had subsided.
All the staff were friendly, the room was clean (other than the smell lol). The bed was very comfy as were the pillows.
Other cons: so many charges (charged us for an extra person when there were only 3 of us - in my experience for a room with 2 queen beds I expect to be able to accommodate up to 4 people) and resort fees (annoying but these seem to be everywhere these days). Buffet could use some improvement in the food quality vis a vis the price.
Overall, I think I'd give a different property a try before staying here again, and if I did come back it would only be if I got a great deal on the room.

Very unfriendly staff. Horrible beds. Buffet was awful. Even though a view from 22nd floor, the window was so filthy you couldn’t see. Literally the sign pointing to which direction to find your room was laying on the floor and our room number was missing completely off the wall. Mostly drunk people are the patrons here so absolutely not family friendly. I certainly would never stay here ever again.

We stayed 3 nights. Our first night, our room had already been checked in to by some one prior to us. There was water cups left in the room, old room keys, and absolutely no water bottles, shampoos or soaps.
While husband is playing tournaments, I’m upstairs with the baby. I couldn’t get any help bringing bags up or down.
My husband got harassed by casino security over his service dog.
Hotel was not very accommodating to family’s. Dog bag was cute. It came with a bowl, a bag of treats, and a roll of poopy bags.
