Best Western Plus St. Paul North/Shoreview

The staff was incredibly friendly, every single one of them. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The only things I could criticize would be that the pillows were not comfortable at all & the hotel is showing it's age with the wear & tear that comes along with it. Nothing terrible, but they will need to do some replacing of things in the next few years to keep it looking good. I can't speak to the pool since it was still under construction, but the hotel was very accommodating in giving us passes to the community center a few miles away with a nice water park. The kids enjoyed that quite a bit. Once again, the staff was excellent about this. They gave us late check-out so that we could wait until the pool opened at noon.

Children kept running by our room knocking loudly on the door talking loudly and kept waking our baby up.

It was easy to find. The hotel was nice and it was clean. Nice pool but, there were a lot kids and it was loud. The attached restaurant, Green Mill, food was great. The servers were fun and lots of TV's for the sports folks.
