My family and I stayed here on a Friday evening for the purpose of spending some quality time together and swimming. The stay was perfect for that. Check in was quick. The room was as advertised. We book a double Queen with a pull out for our family of six. The pull out couch wasn’t comfortable for adults but was perfectly fine for kids. The room was clean. The pool was great. There is also a large hot tub that was clean and hot. Plenty of towels in the pool area. The hotel wa quiet at night. We ordered Applebees and walked 1 minute to pick it up. I’d recommend if you’re a family.

Stayed here 5 days with my adult children. Great customer service. Breakfast was good, wine/beer at night, pool/hot tub. Restaurants close by close to the interstate. I’ll stay again for sure.

We had a family reunion for the fair. It was excellent to be able to sit in the lobby or outside to gab with one another for hours and hours. Breakfast opened at 5:30. It was the standard fare but "good enough". Getting to the fair took 10 minutes. It was very quiet.

I picked Baymont Hotel particularly to swim and enjoy hot tub for a weekend visiting my grandkids. Check in, we were told hot tub is not working and when arrived at pool the water was so cold that the kids didn't want to play in it for long. The second night of stay the pool light's didn't work and Desk Clerk said he didn't know why. My room was very nice and clean. So was the Hotel.

We had family with and the pool was not opened. The game room and pool table was in the same room as pool so there was no access to these. Very disappointed grandchildren, and we had 3 rooms booked.

You have to know that they are working on some of this property. The worst problem was staff at check in. The person didn't mention that the pool was out of service, and we had two disappointed grandchildren. Didn't tell me where I could park that was convenient to the room. There was mold at the base of the tub. Door in the back that was supposed to be locked at night was not. Just didin't think it was worth the money.

They were very friendly, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. My family in Minn. came to us to congregate in your very comfortable living room. We had a great time. I will stay there again when I return to Owatonna.
