Baymont by Wyndham Lakeville

The attendant who checked us in was very nice. When looking at the condition of the room, the carpet (along the walls) was not clean, in front of the toilet was per stain on floor. Not very welcoming room. The attendant kindly did suggest to change us rooms when we brought it to their attention. Was unable to stay the night due to a family emergency. Was looking forward to enjoying the hottub and pool.

Sheets were dirty in first room. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he said no cleaning crew was available so I could move rooms or deal with it. Had already unpacked my kids things and it was a huge inconvenience to have to move them to another floor. Manager on duty didn’t seem to bothered, take it or leave it response

There were lots of beat-up vehicles in the parking lot and a lot of men loitering around smoking and drinking and talking on the phone, which gave the place a somewhat rough feel and made me feel that I needed to be more guarded about safety with my kids. However, there were no negative incidents and the staff was helpful and the room was nice enough.

The pool area both nights had a huge group of adults, blasting rap music and taking over the whole pool area. They were so loud, and not watching their children in the pool. Kids in the pool were throwing a football around and it hit many other kids. Also, my daughter accidentally left her airpods in the room. My daughter called the day we checked out and told them. They were rude to her and said they were not in the room. We know they were left there. It was disappointing that they were not willing to at least even be nice about it.

An affordable and safe option for a family. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed's and pillows were not comfortable and the cleanliness was like a 3.5-4. The pool was nice and we enjoyed it. The first night the hot tub was just warm....but the second night they had increased the heat and it was wonderful after a day of shopping. The breakfast was the usual items....but good enough. Overall our experience was positive and we would stay again. It's an affordable option that is only 20 mins for several malls and is right off the highway.

Inside is very clean i like it there is no toothbrush and Colgate. Breakfast was not bad can be better there coffee is good customers service when we go in the front desks guy was very polite and good. Im tjw morning there is tall guu with hair he is not good feer for thw hotel. The hot tub water waa cold when we ask he said there is nothing i can do. I was like really and yje other family was upset to he tells same answers for everyone

This hotel is close to our son’s house and we use it when too many family members are in Lakeville. The rooms are clean, and the management bends over backwards to help with any situation. Will always stay at the Baymont when we are in the area..

Staff was friendly and the property was easy to find. It was rather dark and slightly dingy. There was also a large group that camped out in the lobby for 8 hours being incredibly loud and letting kids run through the halls, even after 10pm.

Convenient to family in Lakeville. Extra convenient to Cracker Barrel!

I usually love this hotel for a teeny getaway, close to home. With 4 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats and my person, it gets crowded in the house. After a grueling 60 hour work week, I needed some quiet and relaxation, so paid for a whirlpool suite...what I got was the chaos from home x10!! Kids running and screaming up & down the halls, stomping the floors outside guest rooms, tearing up the common areas w/no parents in site. After numerous requests to them to please keep it down, called the front desk who assured me they spoke to the mothers of the little curtain climbers-it just got worse. The group should've been asked to leave, having received numerous complaints from myself & other guests. The result was a really noisy late night, poor sleep and a horrible stay. While I blame the parents for poor supervision & rude children, it was absolutely up to the desk staff to keep the peace & they failed. I'm extremely disappointed I wasted the money this time.
