The Lodge on Lake Detroit was cozy, clean and a great place for the kids. The beach was sandy and the open space by the lake was nice for yard games. Having access to kayaks and paddle boards was a nice perk. The staff were great!

I stayed with my family. The 6 of us slept very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were perfect, not too hot and not too much chlorine. Vickie checked us in and was fantastic, she answered all of our questions! We will definitely be back!

The beach area was nice. With clean lounge chairs we were able to enjoy the rays. An added bonus was use of the kayaks. Our family favorite activity was nightly s’mores. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Amazing place to stay. It was fishing opener but the hotel was still quiet. Room was spaciousness for a great price. The smores for the kids and the bar for the adults was a great amenity. Definitely would love to come back for an extended stay sometime.

The rooms are nice. There is no clock in the rooms. Beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was amazing. Website states there is a library in site (which my child was excited about), it has been replaced with bar stools. Pool is nice. S'mores available in the evening!

Great place to stay for a large family gathering! Paddle boards and kayaks were a huge hit with the kids! S’mores bar at night was a great a touch!
