I was traveling with a friend to visit family in Idaho. We drove to Mpls and had an early flight the next morning. We needed to leave the hotel by 3:30 am but their first shuttle was at 4:00. Was planning to take an Uber but the shuttle driver came in early to take us and another couple to the airport which was greatly appreciated. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful with check in arrangements. Parked the car and stayed there the night of the return trip. Will definitely stay there again… also the breakfasts are amazing. Lots of choices including gluten free.

It was close to MOA room was pretty clean, maintenance staff and breakfast staff were really helpful and nice. The day we checked in the front desk staff was really nice! Only complaint i have was the night before checkout my baby tipped over a water bottle with a loose cap and our comforter got wet and when i called down for a new one i felt like i was getting questioned by the front desk on why i needed a new one. Overall we had a good stay.

The stay was just fine.lots of familes and kids. It is clearly a park and fly hotel. They do not have enough parking for a full hotel with the park and fly guests. Had to park a ways away and walk. It didn't feel tge safest.

My daughter asked that she and her family be close to us arms was assured we'd be next door. Augh... we weren't even on the same floor. Check in at 3pm and we checked in at 3:25om. We were told the whole hotel was full and no other rooms available. We booked a week in advance!

The hotel was fine, clean and had a smaller pool and an attached bar & restaurant. Our reservations were confirmed to be near another guest in our family staying in a different room, but when we checked in at 3:30 we were told the hotel was full and we couldn't be even on the same floor as our family members. This is displeasing, as it was confirmed, and very poor planning on the hotel check in staff.

I asked if I was able to leave my car parked at the hotel and take their shuttle to the airport. I assumed there would be an extra fee but the front desk said I had to prebook a package and would not help me. I was awoken by children running up and down, screaming in the hall and it was so loud it sounded like they were inside the room. Parking was free and lots of spaces in the lot. Breakfast was available but $12.99 per person.

The personelle were very professional and help me with any questions that I had at checkin . I would go back to this hotel again .The property was very clean and parking was safe and easy. When I checked out the person I delt with at that time was very courteous and answered all my questions thoroughly and made my stay very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family thank you very much Jerry Guevara.

We had everything we needed for the stay - our room was clean and decorated nicely. The pool was SUPER cold, but the hot tub was nice and hot so that worked for me! The only complaint was that there was a wedding reception so we heard loud music when trying to get our kids to bed.
