Great hotel! Upgraded us to a jacuzzi room which we loved. Dog friendly. Noticed baby silverfish in the bathroom in the morning (room 101), so need to attend to that asap. Everything else was fab! Friendly employees.

I was in town for a family event. This is one of the highest rated hotels in the area which I get, most people go to this area to stay on the lake, so these Highway hotels are slim pickings. I think folks are being too kind. When I checked in, there was a man skulking around the lobby. Did he work there or was he a guest? Hard to say, and I probably wouldn’t have cared much except that the front desk agent said my room number out loud. As a woman traveling alone, this is a top security buster. The room was okay. The bed was great, but it ended there. There was a mirror leaning in the closet that was supposed to be mounted on the wall. An empty cleat where it normally hung. The ironing board was filthy with holes in the liner. There was a hair in both the in room whirlpool tub and the shower. The carpet was inexplicably damp in the entire room. There was a sign at the front desk letting guests know that due to a staffing shortage, rooms wouldn’t be cleaned daily. This is likely the culprit of the misses but misses they were.

Disappointed that hot tub and sauna were down. Staff was great! Cleanliness could have been better but overall pretty great for taking the family!

Nice little place, ok for a night. Pool features nice for small children. Room carpets felt greesy/sticky, like they are in need of a deep clean. We had to wear are shoes otherwise our feet turned black.

Love the hot tub for adults policy, what a great surprise to relax there after a long evening visiting with family!!! Room size was great - add a place to hang swimsuits! (Towel hook over toilet paper roll doesn’t work in room 114 at least)

The hotel itself and the staff were great. The only issue was the other guests who were rowdy and rambunctious in the pool area and very noisy at night. We had to watch over our younger children as the other guests were running them over and jumping in the pool on top of them.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had a lot to choose from. The pool was nice and not cold. The deepest part was, I believe, 3' 6". The hot tub was nice but a little on the warm side in my opinion, but I still enjoyed it. There was a kiddie pool and towels folded on a shelf by the large pool. The exercise room had a quality universal machine, a treadmill, and a standing cardio machine. Room 219 had newer calk in the bathroom and it was clean. There are only three observations I made about this room, other than all the positive things, and these are not complaints: The door frame of the bathroom could use a new coat of paint. The security latch arm is missing the bottom of two pins. The refrigerator door sags and has to be lifted to get it to shut. We had a great experience at this hotel.

Great suite room was perfect for our family. The kitchenette was roomie and well-stocked with dishes, dish soap, and kitchen towels. The pool area was neat and extra towels were available. Staff was friendly and quick to offer help.
