Best Western Harbour Pointe Lakefront

Clean, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. After booking one night and checking into our room, we decided to add another night. The room we were in was already booked the next night by someone else. The desk clerk worked diligently to find us a room we could stay two nights in. There is a playground for kids and at night a campfire they set up with fixings for s’mores. Beautiful view of Lake Huron. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed the weekend here with family. Great amenities. Had a park for the kids to play at and outdoor pool was fantastic. Staff was all very friendly and the place is well-kept. The room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful each morning. Huge selection offered. Something for everything. We enjoyed the fire and s’mores at night at the campfire down by the water. Definitely a great place to stay with family.

Check in was fast and the employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean and there were no odors. The s’mores idea was a nice touch and the kids seemed to enjoy it a lot. In the morning, I was surprised at how good the breakfast was. I was just expecting bagels and donuts but was surprised that it was a full breakfast and it was very good. Overall, it was a great experience!

The cutest hotel with a family vibe and great views. The staff are very nice, the smores at night are a great touch. Loved everything from breakfast to the pool.

I liked the shuttle from the Ontario Building to the main office to get breakfast. Breakfast area had plenty of seating and offered a nice variety of food choices. Car show was in town, so it was not quiet. Parking was limited due to vehicles with trailers. Doors are loud when kids slam them shut. Our refrigerator made a loud humming sound. Front desk was on the phone when we checked out so could not report the refrigerator issue. Local resident had to be escorted by police off property due to taking over the pool and telling guests the pool was closed.

Wonderful hotel. Check in was a breeze. The staff at the front desk was friendly and always had a smile on their face (even with my million questions). Our room was in the Huron building. We loved this location - close to the pool, bonfire, Lakeview. Room was clean. We didnt use daily housekeeping but made sure to get towels daily. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi was clean and kids loved it. Pool towels were provided at the pool. Breakfast was your standard food, but always hot and available till 10am. Ferry is close too..restaurants are right there, walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Great place to start in St. Ignace. Waterfront property, breakfast everyday, bonfires every night. The staff was amazing. My room was a little dated, and the mattress not the most comfortable. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again. This place is great for families, girl trips, large or small groups.

This Best Western was just charming! We were amazed with the waterfront and delighted to have s'mores in the evening we arrived! Tons of space for the family. Great beds and pillows.

Prompt, cordial check in. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to our family and friends!
