The breakfast staff was so nice definitely made you feel welcome beds comfy very clean my only issue was parents letting the kids run around playing tag at 8 am right next to the room we were in.

Comfortable spacious check in was easy and angela was kind and courteous. Was a bit loud with kids running in and out of rooms but thats expected.

From checking to check out the staff was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not eat at the property but had a few drinks at the bar area. Super clean and family friendly. We are planning on coming back in the fall.

This was a very clean hotel with great staff. Paying the extra charge for two breakfast vouchers worked out great (Holiday Inn, please consider offering more per room)! The breakfast was surprisingly good and the wait staff were lovely (and even nicer the staff had nice things to say about management, just in conversation). Note: because this is a served breakfast and not serve-yourself, leave a little extra time if you have morning plans. Very clean indoor pool (could you up the heat just a smidge?). Very good for families with spacious rooms with lots of surfaces and places for things. Very easy parking (even in the snow)!

This time there we’re some issues, we were there for 11days. 1- Room telephone did not work, unable to make local calls to family or friends or arrange our agenda for air travel or restaurant reservations as my cellphone is from outside the USA. 2- Room was not cleaned or trash collected for 2 days. Had to ask houskeeping to clean and Vacuum each time. 3- TV cable was not functional for 5-6 hours one day. 4- Good was that WiFi was working well.
