We came up for a night away from the kids to spend quality time together. Love the fact that the pool closes to kids at 9 and stays open for adults until 11. The room was spacious and there's plenty of options for dinner within walking distance or just a short drive. The front desk gal was very nice and even suggested a few sports bars we could check out. Room was clean, bed was comfy, the pillows were even nice and I usually hate pillows at hotels. (And I forgot mine!!) Breakfast was included, your traditional continental choices, eggs, protein, waffles, fruit, breads and pastries. Very nice hotel. Not noisy. Will definitely stay again.

We travel for hockey and this is one of the better hotels that have patience for a large group of kids. Thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS! I’ve been coming to this hotel for work for the last several weeks, and the showers are o Lu hot on the first floor, there’s mold on the bathroom ceilings. The employees are always just sitting in the front office and act like you’re a hindering them when you ask for the simplest things, for example the toilet was clogged and called down to the front desk and asked if the provide plungers, and the response I got was “uh you can come down here and get ours I guess.” I returned to my room after work the other day and black sludge had come up out of the sink and clogged it so my sink was unusable. I went down to the front desk to complain and they told me that maintenance would be right on it. They never came by so I complained the next morning and they told me I would have to clean it up if I wanted to use my sink and handed me a pair of rubber gloves. I said no way I’ll just take it up with the manager. So I’ve put up with all of this because we had a rate through them for work but out of the blue they decided there not honoring it any more and today I’m told that I can’t even stay there any more because my kids spilt some chips in the corner when they stayed with me last week!

The furniture has multiple stains on couches. Our first room had no hot water in shower, we were given a different room. The pools had so many chemicals that the kids were coughing hacking and sneezing. At one point, my daughter couldn't breathe from all the chemicals. I had to run her out of pool area to get fresh air. We reported it to desk and she said it was normal. The pool was over capacity, that is why chemicals working so hard, she stated. My daughter has chemical rash a.k.a. burn on body. We all have very dry skin from the chemicals that were in pool. They need to check chemical levels.

Breakfast was too packed to eat so we ended eating a a restaurant. Rooms were good and clean. Pool was smaller but the kids were able to swim.
