Walls are very easy to hear through, neighboring rooms kept my child up well past midnight. I understand the price with convenience to the DCU center but overpriced for what the hotel itself actually offers.

Room housekeeping is offered upon request only. The facility requests 24 hours notification which makes it inconvenient for a family stay of several days. The front desk staff claims this is a standard procedure for all Hilton Hotels in the Boston area. For sure, I would chose another hotel chain next time.

I had a company Christmas party at the hokey game next to the hotel. Very convenient. The staff was excellent. I will recommend to family and friends to stay if in town.

It is a very nice hotel and right next to the arena. I didn't really like that we had to park across the street in the public parking garage, not convenient when with an infant

It was okay. But for what it was, it cost too much: $180 for the night + $12 to park + $16 to get our 2 kids a bowl of cereal and a yogurt in the morning. If I have to go to Worcester again, I'd try to find someplace else. That said, the property itself was fine, the lobby area was spacious and well kept, and the room was comfortable enough. The TV didn't have any volume (we turned it all the way up, made sure the mute button wasn't engaged, turned it off and on again a few times), but it was late enough at night that we didn't want to bother with notifying the front desk.
