Very happy with this hotel and is my family’s hotel of choice when visiting our son in school. Very attentive staff, more than adequate breakfast, and very clean. Some renovations are ongoing, but not disruptive to our experience.

I'm happy with this choice that my family made to stay here at this hotel. It was very nice. Clean and updated. The rooms are big and nice. The only thing I wish would have been better is the laundry area. Theres only one washer and dryer. Other guests can be inconsiderate when it comes to using the machines. They don't come back for their laundry. You're stuck for hours checking to see if the person returns. I wish there was a larger laundry room. Some of the house keepers had a little attitude but for the most part, we were treated well. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the room was clean. They do not provide any housekeeping services unless you’re there for more than a few nights. With 4 people in my room, the garbage overflowed and not enough towels. Was told there was a shortage and would “try” to get me some more The front desk clerk was able to provide me with two extra towels, but said there weren’t a lot to give out. My two biggest issues with my stay was they were having a planned power outage for 4 hours to do work on the hotel. All this during the morning (8am-12pm) when we needed to be getting ready to head out. So we needed to wake up 2 hours extra early to be out of the hotel before they shut the power off. We essentially rented a room that we could not use during the morning The second issue I had was the closure of the pool for painting. No communication about this. Given that we had 4 children in our group and it was 90 degrees, they were we tied to get back to the hotel to jump in the pool only to be told it wouldn’t open until the weekend. Why not paint the pool in the fall when most people wouldn’t use it? Picking the hottest week in Boston to close the pool was ridiculous. Also, be prepared to be going up and down the steps for everything. The elevator is extremely slow and busy, so you’ll wait for quite a while.

I did enjoy seeing all the families come to the hotel to support their children, in what I suppose was a sporting event. I enjoyed pulling into the hotel after attending a wedding and witnessing the children entertained in a small parking area, by parents and coaches,etc....who took the time and energy to keep them busy. The staff and the breakfast included were great. Take Care, God Bless

Our room was never cleaned, the window was broken in a room with children, there were disgusting stains all over the bathroom wall.

We arrived and was already charged more and I knew it was 20 more charge per case used something there. Then I went down to the front desk and the blond girl who works there was smelling marijuana As soon as we checked to leave the hotel charged 58 dollars on my card telling me that I had soiled the makeup towel that I used a face towel to strip my lashes only that the towels are old and hard and did not cost that price they charged me . Do not stay here the people who work here are very uneducated and do not explain anything was horrible and I will never stay here again. My husband always travels to work and here is a place to never go again. I had two. Couple with me and we were talking in the lobby and the girl Told us shut up totally without respect do not come here they will charge you everything for nothing. It's not a good place or family, the smell of marijuana on the front desk was so strong that I was sick, just do not come here.

The property was in a great location for the conference we were attending in Lowell. Room was a lot smaller than expected but clean. All staff were great except Stephen who works nights. He was very rude to my family and others when we had requests i.e. fresh towels or to buy a drink from the little market. The conference ended each night at 11pm so I assume he was not used to such an influx of people at that hour. Overall would stay again next year at this location. Hopefully Stephen will have a new attitude by then.
