Clean and family-friendly.

All I can say is; WOW. The Service, Room, Amenities, Cleanliness, Breakfast, all were excellent. Very large room, perfect if you have kids. I highly recommend them, can't go wrong.

The room was clean spacious and well arranged. I recommend any other family to stay there anytime they visit the area. I will actually go back there soon

Perfect for family

We are pretty disappointed to find the pool is closed. My kids have really been looking forward to swimming and we booked specifically for that reason, and so it is definitely something we will think about next time we book. We also aren't super happy about the room. We had very little toilet paper, tissues, lacked enough pillows and blankets for 4 guests, and have had many other Hilton experiences that were more impressive or satisfactory than this one has been. Also, staff at front desk rarely answered the phone and when we went down to the lobby any staff we saw were on phone calls or texting on their personal cell phones. Breakfast was sparse and they were out of omelette, egg sandwiches, waffle batter, hot cocoa, and orange juice. When I found someone not currently texting or talking on their cell phone, they barely acknowledged me when I asked if there would be more food coming out (it was 8am and there were only 5 other guests in the lobby for breakfast).

Stopped for a quick night to visit family

Our room’s toilet had a broken handle and would flush. There was no maintenance so we had to pack up our family at 10:30 at night as we’d just checked in and move to another room on another floor. Sleep was hard to come by as lots of child hockey players were staying there and were allowed to run the halls and stomp around until 1 - 2 am each night.

First time staying at this hotel and it was clean, contemporary and convenient. Will stay here next time I visit family and friends in Massachusetts.

The front desk person was very helpful. She was friendly and kind. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. It was very busy but the people brought out food and clean dishes and utensils consistently. Everyone was working hard and friendly.

Great location. Love the rooms and the hotel in general. A lot of options to eat nearby. My kids loved the indoor pool.
