Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

Loved the hot breakfast, variety and kids loved the waffle station. Stayed for 5 days, glad i picked this hotel. Best bang for buck to make our family vacation dream come true.

I’ve stayed here before with a family member and was my first time staying there with a friend. Both of us found the property extremely affordable and worked well for the both of us.

Was good but my reason to go was the pool and it was closed and my kids don’t want to stay, we left 1 hour later

I cancelled due to family emergency but was still charged

My issue was with the mopping of All of the floors and the elevator during the breakfast hours. I am 68 years old and a fall could have been a life changing deal for me. In my opinion the floors should be done on the night shift when must guest are in their rooms. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 4 years when I visit family. I would like to feel safe on my visits.

Pool area was not cleaned the 3 days that I stayed, dirt all through the bottom. The rooms you can tell no one does a deep clean, dirty in the corners, large paint chipping in the bathroom, bedding is clean. The best part was the breakfast it goes until 10am and the guy does a great job, clean and he shows hospitality. Not a great family hotel as they let people smoke weed in their rooms. I was awaken by weed smoke every night the hallways were clouded. Hotel don’t care and Expedia didn’t care either.

I liked the location of the property it was close to everything we needed. What i didnt like was the size of the pool, although it was really warm water, there were lots of people and not enough space in the pool. Maybe if it were a little bigger? But my family and I are grateful

We always stay here when my children have appointments in Boston. Was disappointed that the pool was down and was told I could book some place else after just traveling 3 hours. Also was assigned to a king size room when my reservation was 2 queen size beds. So had to bring all my stuff back down to get it corrected.

Travelled with kids. Hotel is beside a factory that makes a noise day and night and a plastic smell in the air.. Rooms look overall old but clean. A marijuana and smoke smell always on the hallways sign that smoke free not respected. Breakfast very basic but fills you up. A big disappointment was the pool closed with nothing to offer back from the management just chance to cancel with no penalties. Totally not right when arrive there after 10 hr drive without letting you know ahead of time that what you payed for cannot be offered. Overall, I’d say this hotel is not a 3 star as rated. I do not recommend this hotel if you plan to stay more than one night or if travel with kids.

Traveled from out of state. Did not have information about amenities being closed down. Unfortunately, the reason for selecting this particular hotel was for the amenities. Most specifically we were interested in the swimming pool and hot tub area. Only to find out when we arrive that they were not open because of repairs needed. For your smelled like a nursing home a.k.a. urine. The showerhead chips in the tub and no hot water in the bathroom sink. There were a large number of families with unruly children until 2 o’clock in the morning, and again early at 6 AM. Sofa was questionable, and we were uncertain of its cleanliness. Carpets are needed. Overall, very disappointed with our stay. Found other area hotels at the same cost with the same amenities. We will be using those in the future.
