Rooms are pretty clean. However, the hotel is being renovated and some dust and debris can be seen on the floor. Pool water was very dirty and we couldn't use. Staff assured us that it would fixed but it was never done. My kids were very disappointed about that.

Only real complaint, is that when a family is going to stay, the staff should think about adding more than just 2 sets of towels. Breakfast girls did an outstanding job keeping the food prepared.

It’s super close to our family in Haverhill, but beyond the convenience, it’s a dependable place to get a good nights sleep. Beds and sheets are clean, as well as the bathrooms. It’s a plus that they have a mini fridge in the room and their breakfast is pretty good. They have coffee available all day as well as hot water for tea etc.

All staff should get a pay raise. I have been to many hotels and never was treated like royality. Cleaning staff as kitchen help were great. Microwave in room would be helpful but service outrank need of microwave.It felt like family ! Very kind and attentive. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and hope to be back again. Thank you. Hampton Inn staff!

My family and stood here for a convention and it was perfect. My wife and son also enjoyed the pool. As always great breakfast, friendly and very comfortable clean room.

We needed a place to put our stuff and sleep while we visited family and do some sightseeing in Boston and the surrounding area. We were a bit disappointed with the size of the pool - it looked nothing like what the picture on the site depicted. Our kids never used it as it was big enough to mainly float around in not to swim in.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast is good and the pool is a bonus for the kids. We stay here once a year when we drive up to Hampton Beach NH.
