I came with two grandchildren ages 8 and 19. We loved the location and setting. The pool was awesome and walk to the beach was so convenient. We can’t wait to come back next year.

The ocean side rooms do not disappoint! beautiful views, private balcony. Room was clean, bathroom clean, shower looks brand new! Great for kids! Could not get our son off the beach! Only tiny knock would be the continental breakfast, it's good not great, very limited options. We went during off busy season so that may change in the busy months!

The place sucks, 1st the doors closes quickly behind you and automatically locks! The bathroom had rusty exposed pipes and black mold along the floor and molding and a toilet that ran faster than a trackteam! Beds were lumpy and skimpy, skimpy pillows! one of the 2 lamps in the room was broken. Oh and let's talk about the paint repairs on the walls, splotches of a darker orange paint on top of the base paint, which then deffinately showed off the defect they were to trying to cover. And the view was spectacular thru a set of stairs right outside the door to the deck, so we had like no deck or anywhere to sit outside the room! And the family of marchers above us was insane had to turn the TV up so loud to hear it over the running and screaming of the kids in the room above us! We tried to drink in what was suppose to pass for a bar, but the bartender was also working the front desk, so we wandered down the street to get $14 glasses of wine! The people on the front desk acted like they had half a clue as to what was going on. SO unimpressed and pissed off about this place! The hotel is on two sides of the street, Ice machine was across the street and so was the bar, but you couldn't take your drink across the street. Didn't see anyone but the lady checking people in! They need more help and much cleaner rooms with amenitites that work! We left the place within 4 hours of checking in, We knew thay wouldn't a refund so we just left, knowing they didn't care anyway. it sucks!

We were very displeased with our stay. The room and bathroom were dirty and the staff did nothing to help with other patrons who were extremely loud until 430am and we have young children and a dog! We will never stay here again, maybe never even a Best Western again either.

The hotel itself is great, great location, very New England feel. The owners are miserable and mean. We came back to our room to go to bed, we were not being loud at all and got a knock on the door from the old lady who runs the place. She was extremely rude and ordered us to be quiet, like she was our grandmother. Not respectful. We got yelled at for having plastic cups at the pool and they treated us like children instead of the 30 year old women we are. They said we can't bring drinks down to the pool because they have a liquor license. I completely understand and respect that. However, there was not a bartender behind the bar the entire time we were there. I would never stay there again, I went for a nice long weekend get away and felt disrespected as we were barked at by the grumpy old couple who runs the joint.

There a lots of positives: the staff does a great job, the pool is nice, continental breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, but room was on the small side. Downsides: our upstairs neighbors had kids that kept jumping on the floors and running in and out. The stairs are narrow and steep. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking--not always easy in Provincetown.
