Hotel is nice enough. Plenty of room for a family of four. Check in was fairly quick. Parking garage fees are confusing and not clearly explained upon check in. Different prices depending on who you pay - hotel or garage. We stayed just two nights but I paid $80 for parking. They charge you again if you leave and come back. About a 15 minute walk from Camden Yards. Our room had a nice view of the harbor...and homeless and crack heads.... but still much nicer than NY.

Good location, quiet at night even though it's right near the main highways coming into the city. Convenient to AVAM and the children's museum, which is what I came for!

It was short stay of 1 night for me and my family, but we loved location and spacious room. Staff members were nice and hospitable. We'll definitely come back if we go back to the area.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff and very convenient location to area attractions. Our room had the bow window bench seat with an awesome view of the Inner Harbor. The kids loved the unique view of the city skyline and additional seating space in the room. Room was very clean, hotel was quiet. There isn’t a restaurant but the coffee shop downstairs opens early and has excellent options for a quick bite to eat and something to drink.

My toddler and I spent one night at the Royal Sonesta and it was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the customer service can't be beat. Every person that worked at Royal Sonesta treated my baby and I with kindness. The door men were exceptional. Bedrooms were clean and the bed was awesome as well. Within walking distance to the harbor and next to so many fun things for kiddos. We'll definitely be back.

Affordable, clean, well appointed room in a great location for a very quick trip to Baltimore. We stayed here because the pool closes at 10. It was a perfect end to a busy day for my family The facilities, layout, parking garage, and even the pool were old overall and could use upgrades.

Great rooms very comfortable, view of harbor was excellent one of the best in Baltimore. Pool area especially Jacuzzi could have been cleaner. Pool had lots of kids playing.

The hotel facilities were clean and spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. We arrived early and we were accommodated. The harbor is right across the street, which was great. There is a restaurant on the premises and a coffee shop for morning coffee. There is an indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The only downside were the screaming kids running from the pool to the hot tub.
