I have my annual Mother’s Day solo stay to get some rest and relaxation and the Sheraton was perfect. I’ve had a few days where the floor that I was on was very noisy with children, etc. but this stay was absolutely peaceful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, which is what I’ve come to expect of Sheraton.

Loud music on other side of my paper-thin walls. Called front desk twice, they sent up security to speak to kids but music started back up again about 10 minutes afterwards. Lousy sleep due to this continuing most of the night. Really tough when you are traveling for business and are exhausted the next morning.

Liked the safety and quiet aspect of the location of the hotel and the close proximity to the shopping area and restaurants. Disliked the very poor maintenance of the pool area. The water was quite dirty, thus we were unable to use the pool in the course of my family's (2) week stay.

This hotel is just ok. I would be really nice if they offer things like a free breakfast included with your stay especially traveling with children. Beds are really small. They should be queen beds they are full size beds. One of the lights were out in our bathroom closest to the shower which made the bathroom look a little dark. The toilets are like kid toilets very very low to the floor. The pool is big with enough chlorine but should be better Maintained like around the trimming of the pool. The ladders are a little wobbly and some steps appear to be missing off ladders. The hallways are a little too dark for my liking. I only saw one microwave which is in the lobby which is inconvenient. Stay wasn’t bad but I feel could’ve been better. Maybe a few updates in certain areas of the hotel as I mentioned might attract more guests in my opinion

Entrance to my room was in a very dark hallway corner, I could barely see the card entry. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom okay, slim on toiletries. There was a stain on the quilt/blanket next to where my face was. No one informed me that parking cost extra - rather they just asked if I needed my parking ticket validated, so I assumed it was total validation. Expensive disappointment, especially compared to other notes in this area. I chose it for proximity to family. Last time.
