This glamping ground looks great. It is very well maintained - 5 stars - and includes a big pool. The breakfast is great and the tents are large, clean and functional. Things get bad after this however. First, how can they charge $600 a night for a tent with no water or toilet? You get a private bathroom about 100 meters from your tent but with kids, that means endless trips there. All the activities are crazy expensive (ex. $200 for a massage?!?) and not worth the regular price. There isn’t anything to do on site besides the pool. So it looks great for IG pictures, but about $300-$400 too much a night. You will regret booking there when you see for the same price the Harbor Inn, a 5 star hotel, for the same price or cheaper. Take my word for it.

Very nice glamping resort. We were there in late September and nights were getting cold. Heaters are small for the size of the tents. We camp a lot in September/October (Michigan) and know about cool nights.
The lodge is great and the food was very good, no complaints. Due to the chill evenings the lodge was busy with couples and families playing games, of which there was a very good selection. That was pretty cool. Tents are set up very nicely my one comment is the shower was huge, two shower heads, and some of the shower space could have been used for additional storage space. Would i stay there again? Definitely. Location is great and we really had a nice time.

The grounds were very well manicured but lacked warmth and an outdoor communal space. I expected more campfires around a common area for kids to play and run around. Also, some of the tents were near noisy parking lots. When I asked to change my tent, one front desk person (I think he was a "manager") was quite rude. He shouldn't be in the hospitality business, especially for luxury resort. The other staff members were great and the accommodations were superb.

Good for families with young kids and dogs. Great breakfast, very clean - was very very dark inside the tent. It could use better lighting inside.

My kids loved the pool. My husband and I loved how the property was designed with modern amenities in a nature setting AND environment conscious. We enjoyed the programs offered (yoga, bee keeping, and s’mores) and breakfasts were definitely above average. The property is close to Acadia but did not seem to have it’s own running trails and, on the back end, is closer to a busy road than expected.

Terramor was so much fun. The Birch tent was even better in person than the pictures on the website! It was really fun to stay there and the area is beautiful. It made for a fun time for the whole family. Very convenient to activities at Acadia and so fun to come back in the evening and relax at the fire pit.

Terramor is in need of an adjustment. What initially feels to be pitched as a quiet, modern experience doesn't entirely mesh with the multitude of families with young children and noise that accompanied our stay. Had I known this would be the case I likely still would have booked, but there is a general lack of amenities to reinforce either of these potentials as the intended experience from the staff. I can only imagine how this would have felt for the two couples staying here while we were that were on their honeymoon.
There are no frills to be seen here despite a not-cheap nightly rate. The restaurant is very tasty, but expensive and is counter-service only. Meals can be around $30/plate and draft beer around $9/pint. The complementary breakfast is paltry during the week: they even ran out of bagels and yogurt one morning. If you stay over the weekend, you'll get pancakes and bacon--no compensatory perk for weekday guests (flatly insulting). The resort itself is bare: the pool and hot tub were dirty, the mattress lumpy, the only activity on the grounds is a single cornhole set, and even trash services have to be scheduled.
Overall, I just don't know who Terramor is for. Families with young children will likely want something more for their children to do (or eat) while couples will be lacking more of a serene experience suggested by the resort's marketing. It was a fine resort, but it is far overpriced.

Wonderful place. Nice and helpful staff, very clean, food is great. Good for couples, families and dogs. We brought our two dogs and it was great experiences. Dog park is a great added bonus. Their free breakfast was a nice variety, perfect foods before going hiking in acadia. Had their buffet and it was good home cooked foods. Great experience. I wish there were one of these places near every national park because I would definitely stay there every time .
