The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at by a long shot. The cleaners were scrubbing any empty rooms top to bottom 24/7. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. The facility has everything and more than what we needed. The room was so spacious and beautiful. The pool was really warm and great for kids. The free hot breakfast is an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone and are looking forward to our stay here again in a week.

We did a mini family staycation with our 5 adult children and grandchildren. We had 5 rooms, and everything was great for the money. The front desk was the most helpful.

It's the simple things really! When we arrived at 4:30pm, our room wasn't ready...sink clogged. Give us 30 minutes. Two hours later, room wasn't ready. Gave my family TWO rooms for price of one. Nice recovery!!! At 7:30, went to lobby for quiet and coffee. Coffee in "butlers" was old and cold. 2 staff people in the lobby talking. Kids in next room banged around until after 10:30, dog barking across the hall....ugh!!! I have stayed here numerous times and have not had this experience. Hope it was an anomaly!!!

From the moment we walked to the moment we left at home. The staff were amazing. Always had a smile on their faces. The room was wonderful. Full kitchen and when I say full kitchen even a dishwasher. I was really impressed. For family's who were going to stay more than a few days this would be perfect. It was very clean and modern. The breakfast was good. From make your own waffles to eggs and ham. They had run out of towels in the pool area, so I had called the front desk and within 15 minutes they had restocked them. I would say my only negative thing would be the pillows were not comfortable at all. But other than that, we will certainly be back for another stay.

It is a nice hotel, but bring your own pillows because theirs are tiny, heavy, thick, and uncomfortable. My second night I used a throw pillow from the sofa instead because I didn't sleep well the first night. Bring bottled water, too, as the water smells and tastes bad there. And the toilet paper is the worst I've ever used, and it hurt my tush. But, the shower head is amazing and made me stay in the shower longer for the little massage it gave my back! I took a photo of it so I can buy one for myself!
I got a one-bedroom suite and it was great to have a separate bedroom from the nice living room and kitchen. The bedroom door also blocked out the yelling people down the hall were doing until past 1 a.m. (they also let their children run and yell in the hallways) that could be heard without it closed. I would have called the front desk if it hadn't blocked the noise or if I had someone sleeping in the living room.
I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice, and I didn't check out the breakfast, but it must have been good since lots of people were eating it there or taking it back to their rooms. The kitchen in the room was nice to have as I ordered in pizza the first night and was able to warm it up the second night.
There is an odd smell outside, not sure if it is just around the hotel or all of Augusta, and the air units/fans bring that smell in the room, kind of like a smoking smell or something.
I'd stay here again, just with my own pillow and toilet paper.

Over all, the hotel is great. But as a parent of young ones, I was disappointed in the pool. Not exactly "heated", my kids couldn't stand being in the water for more than 20 minutes before they got to shivering. It's pretty small as well, but that wasn't an issue. I've had really bad luck lately with Hilton properties all over Maine with their "heated" pools. Just prepare for a chilly swim.
