Check in was great. Hotel and restaurants are great. Pool was kid friendly and amazing!

Cancelled due to the pool being closed and smelt highly of smoke (I have asthma). Front desk said no problem. Received an email of the credit back to Hotels.com while still at the counter. I was told to reach out to them for the credit back. I contacted Hotels.com and the claim they were not credited and could not refund our money. I have never cancelled a hotel on the day of, but we booked this hotel for the pool and with it being closed and having kids not of age to gamble not sure what else we would have done.

The kids arcade is a mess the games do not work and they will not refund you on paying for coins. When asked the hotel staff they said they are not responsible for the arcade refunds or fixing them or even putting up signs for others to be warned that the games are not working
