Holiday Inn Express Leesville, an IHG Hotel

We stayed for two nights and three days for a tournament. We asked about early check in but we’re told no we had to wait until 3:00pm but within 30 minutes there were multiple people checking in early. Room was clean but had issues with the tv losing signal frequently and had to turn it off and on. On day two we were given only two towels despite having a room for 4 people and they were tracking them because they told us they had a lot of people there for tournament. There was not adequate parking for us as we couldn’t find a spot to park one night. Other families who stayed at same hotel with us complained about smoke smells in non smoking rooms. One family had several issues with their card to enter the room and took multiple attempts to get a new card. One family said the floor was extremely soft near their toilet who stayed on the second floor. Customer service needs to improve.

The king executive suite was so comfortable. Huge room and good sized bathroom. I can say many good things about the bed. I felt like I was at home. There was more than enough room for family to hang out.
