We as that our room and my daughter’s room be located close to one another so we could help with grandkids. The front desk clerk said night clerk assigned rooms the night before check in. We were early arrivals so a lot of people hadn’t checked in so they could have changed room assignments m. We ended up as far apart as physically possible. Another complaint was the breakfast was not refreshed, everything was nearly gone by eight o’clock and didn’t seem to be adding anything after it was gone. They knew they were fully booked so should have be more prepared. Happened both days we were there.

Front desk (all shifts) were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were good just need to clean them floors. I’d recommend to friends and family

This is my go-to place when coming to visit family. The rooms and place are always clean, but it's the friendliness that keeps me coming back. Another plus, you have a ton of restaurants and supermarket across the street for all the good stuff.

Overall pleased with our accommodation, however, the pool was being treated and not available for use AND our air conditioning wasn't working. We were travelling with a young child and it was too late in the evening to switch rooms. Not our most comfortable night's sleep ☹

Worst stay I’ve had at a hotel in 15 years. Carpet old dusty and worn out, very gross. Bathroom had Pubic hair in the bathtub, turn water on to take a shower after a 3 hour drive into town late at night and the hot water did not work. Freezing cold shower. Ended changing rooms and got hot water but had a bathtub with even more pubic hairs left in it and same looking gross carpet in the room. Service was ok but I, not my family will ever stay here again.

We arrived to a hotel at 3:15 am after being in the traffic due to a road accident and a hotel concierge told us that we are no longer have a room for not showing up. We had been tried to call hotels.com as it shows arrival is ok by 5am plus we paid for a room in advance. Neither parties were helpful, we were very tired with 2 kids and older mom. It was start of our road trip and very bad experience. We were able to rebook a new room with a new charge and we got to the room at 4:30am, 90 min later. We asked to late check out at 12pm and management didn’t accommodate us. Very tired, frustrated and not happy

We stayed at the property to visit family for Easter. Our group occupied three rooms. The staff was friendly, and our rooms were very clean. It worked for us. However, the property needs to be updated - it's just tired and dated. The breakfast area was not as clean as it should be. The floor was really sticky in that area.

Got there with kids to check in and was told my room was no longer available. I booked this room several weeks ago. I explained we lived over 2 hours away and had no place to stay. The receptionist basically said was not her problem and couldn’t do anything to help us. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
