The hotel was VERY clean and comfortable. The pool was not working which was a disappointment for the children.

Never sent us an email letting us know the pool was down and not working didnt tell us till after we had to pay $50 deposit. It really hindered our week. Had to spend extra money to take my kids to a park to swim.

Nice place. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Staff is friendly and nice. But the pool is out of service and we specifically stayed here so our kids could enjoy the pool. So that was a bummer. I’ll call beforehand next time!

The room was very nice.It was clean and everything felt new.The pool was great for us the kids after a long car ride.The ovens were not working in the morning for hot breakfast:( we made do with a yogurt and a muffin.

Sadly, while my family of 4 stayed here, the oven in the kitchen was "broken" and we were advised to go buy breakfast down the road. When our hotel room includes breakfast for my family, that added expense was not expected. And, there were no concessions to aid with that. Poor decision on the managements part to not give breakfast vouchers elsewhere.

The hotel and staff were great! I was a little disappointed that only one family at a time were allowed to use the pool and that it was completely booked so I was unable to swim. If I would have known this, I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel.
