Was in town for a funeral. The Drury Inn was the best place to stay! Very accommodating…the went out of the way to make sure that my immediate family and extended family members that were staying there had everything we needed. Evelyn the Manager was the absolute best!

This property is okay. It is safe and located in an area with lots of shopping options. But, for the price and the name brand, Drury Inn, I expected a much cleaner hotel. The bath tub in my room was in need of a good scrub. My room smelled like a sweaty armpit and baby powder. The rugs in the halls and room had stains. I doubt that this hotel had a thorough cleaning since it opened.

We stayed at Drury Inn & Suites the night of the eclipse. We arrived early. Staff was wonderful and gave us an early check-in, as our room was ready. We really appreciated that, as we were traveling with grandchildren. This is a beautiful hotel. We had a suite with a living room and kitchen area. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel is located near every shopping and restaurant experience you could desire, but they also have their own restaurant and bar. Food is really good. Grandchildren loved the indoor pool. Definitely 5 stars in my book.

We have no complaints and really enjoyed our time here. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable. With an hungry kid with us we appreciated the free evening meals, popcorn all day, and good breakfast. We came during the solar eclipse, so the hotel was very busy, but the staff handled everything with ease and were perfectly pleasant. We enjoyed the pool as well. I feel like the choice to stay here made our trip easier, less expensive, and very comfortable.

The staff was friendly no issues there, the dinner was actually not bad but the breakfast wasn’t the best. The pool and jacuzzi both worked, probably needed to be cleaned and plaster repaired in some spots but it all worked none the less. My biggest issue was the smell and cleanliness of the room, it was by far the most dated hotel I have stayed at recently the beds were so uncomfortable. I didn’t even get the room I wanted and paid for but I wasn’t going to push the issue, my kids wanted to swim and that’s all they cared about so my wife and I decided to stay. The cobwebs were in almost every corner but the smell was definitely the worst. Kind of a mix between wet dog and mildew.

Great overall experience. Traveled with family, 2 kids 2 adults. Loved the split room with microwave/ fridge/coffee area in room. It was nice being able to sit in the separate livingroom area and watching tv while the kids went to bed early in the private bedroom area with pocket door. The privacy was nice. Clean room and nice staff. Didnt use the pool but definitely will next time, looked inviting. The dining options very limited, that is only thing wed like to see with more options. But overall, loved our stay and if all drury suites were similar, wed stay no other place. Highly recommend

Was a quick stopover on our long road trip. The room was clean and large with plenty of room for our family. Breakfast was great, as was their kickback hour. Location was convenient. Would stay again, even for a longer trip to Paducah.

I reserved a king room. After making a reservation it was decided that a grandchild would be traveling with us. I contacted the hotel to request a room change or a rollaway or a king room with a sofa. I was told my reservation was not changeable because it was booked through Expedia. Contacted them but was told to contact hotel directly. Hotel told me to fill out a “Hardship” request form on their website. No feedback was received on my request. Phoned the hotel again and was told I would get a response closer to the date of the reservation. Never did. When checking in I was provided with a blanket and pillow so our grandchild could sleep on the floor.. It worked, but I thought the lack of prior communication regarding my request was poor.
