Comfort Inn Paducah I-24

It had an indoor pool, which was fun for the kids. Also, breakfast was great, they had scrambled and boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, Waffles, bread, cereal and juice. I was very impressed. Slight smell in the hotel and we couldn't get our tv to work, but overall it was great.

We stayed here for 1 night while traveling through. To be honest, we would not stay here again. My kids didn't want to swim in the pool due to the water being murky and unclear and the ground having rust and dirtiness. My husband slept very little because he felt the area was unsafe and was nervous about our parking and our vehicle due to suspicious guests lurking in the parking lot. Our room was ok.

Needs some updating but overall a decent place to stay. Our kids did find a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap that was left in our room in the closet from a previous person so that was disappointing. For the price it was ok to stay at. The breakfast was good and the area was very clean and organized. The lady setting up breakfast was very friendly. Pool area also needs some work/updating/cleaning.

The room was dirty and had an awful odor. We arrived late, exhausted, and hungry. We had driven 9 hours from NC to attend a family funeral in MO. We decided to sleep in our cloths and wear our shoes when walking on the floor and to try to get a few hours sleep before leaving early the next morning. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again!!!

Easy in and out check in. Loved the front desk help!! She was soo friendly and personsble. I believe her name was Lisa. I slept like a baby. Very comfortable bed. Very clean.

we slept good but there was a door between our room and the next room and their kids were loud and we could hear everything for a while until they all went to bed. The room was pretty nice, and we liked the breakfast.

The people at the counter were nice. The problem started with dirty worn out carpeting. Then rusty fixtures in the room, what appeared to be baby spitup down the side of the couch. Wads of hair on the floor and the chair was broken. Next was the breakfast. The guy appeared hung over. Was grumpy and wouldnt acknowledge me talking to him. Breakfast was 0600-0900. At 0640 he was just bringing out the hot food. But the gravy was just barely warm. To add to the problem, there was three children that appeared to be approx 6,7 and 4 year olds. Who did not have a parent with them. They were loud and spent all the time we were there trying to make a waffle. They overflowed. Under cooked. Stuck waffle everywhere. I felt the guy setting up the breaskfast should have asked one of the kids to go get a parent. They should put up a sign the children must be accompanied by an adult. Overall this place made my top ten motel chains to NEVER STAY HERE LIST.

Our room was clean, but the service was horrible! Check-in clerk was rude, same as the morning of check out..no breakfast was available, and when we tried to file a complaint, the clerk just ealked away, no one was talk to any of the customers! No breakfast, there were families and couples alike that were very upset, and there was no excuse given, and no refund or discounted room was offered! Very disappointed! We will NOT be back!

The room was very nice and included a small "living room/work area" with a second TV. Beds were really comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the strong aroma of air freshener that smelled like baby powder in the lobby.
