The nicest room that we have had size and sleeping arrangements! Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Only suggestion is maybe a few more kid friendly cereals.

Room was like new and spacious. Smart TV in the room. We logged in with our Netflix account and enjoyed. Breakfast was one of the nicer events shared by a hotel. Only negative was some noisy neighbor's kids but that is not the hotel's fault.

Stayed here twice within the past month. Hotel seems newly built or newly renovated. Both stays the staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Only bad experience, to no fault of the hotel/staff, was on our 2nd stay the room next to ours had a screaming toddler from about 10:30pm til midnight. Will stay again when we’re back in the area.

The Hilton was fine. Expedia dropped the ball. Because we used Expedia instead of directly using the Hilton app like my daughter’s family did, we were unable to check in online. We were not able to use our phones as pass keys. We had to go to the front desk and wait in line for these things because we weren’t given a confirmation number. Expedia gave us a itinerary number instead. The itinerary number wasn’t applicable and therefore it was useless.

I’ve stayed a multiple Hampton Inns in the Louisville area and never once had an issue with having my dogs there. I wish I could’ve said the same about this property. I was allowed to have them with me but my wife and I were given so much grief about having them there. Our dogs are good dogs that are house broken and well trained. Another issue the staff was rude. We ended up staying an extra day in Louisville but we went to a different Hampton Inn. Honestly myself along with my family will never stay there again.

I had booked this room 3 weeks prior to my arrival date. The check in time was 3:00pm. We arrived around 3:20 & the desk rep said the room was not ready & was being cleaned. It would be ready in 10 minutes. She was very nice. At 3:35, I asked again, she said they were still cleaning the room. At 3:50, I wanted to know what was going on. At this point another staff person ( whom I believe to be management) has come out & stated they had several people check out & not enough staff. I told her I wasn’t a walk in & I had a prior reservation. Also during my waiting period a family had been given a room & our friends were given a room. I ask her could I have the key & we would not need to come back downstairs again as we were now waiting in the hallway. She stated no, as the room was not ready. At this point it’s after 4:00, I ask her could she at least bring the room key to us. She stated yes. We were finally let into our hotel room at 4:16, one hour & 16 minutes after we were told it would be ready. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my experience, especially with it being in the Hilton family.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels/muffins/toast, oatmeal & yogurt - Definitely a wide enough selection to keep my crew happy!.
There was a youth travel baseball team staying there the same time as us and they (loudly) took over the pool which was a little intimidating for my kiddos, but we only swam for 30-45 minutes so not a huge deal.

It was an okay stay. The pool area was slightly chilly but the water was nice. However, a rowdy crowd of 8 jumped in. The echolocation was not good because of the kids screaming, deafening my ears and prompted my anxiety. Hours on this site were slightly accurate. The only difference is the pool hours: 10a to 10p instead of 6a to 12a. I’ll come back again, but not on a weekend.
