Best hotel we've stayed in recently. Clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Excellent hot buffett breakfast that is continously replenished. Popcorn in the lobby. Also offers a hot buffet meal in the evenings with many offerings. Definitely a money-saver for a family of 4. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, but would have liked water temp to be a little warmer. The hotel was crowded, but our room was very quiet. Would definitely book here or another Drury Inn again.

Overall, the property was clean and the staff was pleasant. There were a couple things that prevented me from giving all five stars. The first is the room notes. We requested a quiet room to prepare for a surgery the next day. We were assigned a room near all (or almost all) occupied rooms, including some with multiple kids running and talking loudly frequently, even late at night. This was likely made worse by being not far from the elevator. The second area that prevented five stars was the AC unit. It would randomly kick on heat for a time before switching back go cool, but when on cold, it rattled loudly. The staff was wonderful and everything clean. We just, unfortunately, got very little sleep.

Big event in town and the hotel was packed!! But things ran smoothly, maid service each day (which is nice), front desk check-in/out with Karin was speedy, breakfast was good-plenty of options even though it was packed with families. Walking distance to shops & restaurants-good location & safe! Easy to get to places around L’ville with no hassle of downtown hotels/parking/noise.

I liked the convenience of this property 5 star for the cleanliness and the food was about a 4 star. The things I didn't care for was the pool time should have been extended for the adults because the pool was full of kids up until closing Not getting the chance to actually enjoy the pool.

This hotel had so much to offer. We were planning a staycation for the indoor pool and they had happy hour which was essentially dinner. Breakfast was included too. Lots of options, including kid-friendly foods. Indoor pool and hot tub were great even if it was crowded! We will definitely be coming back!

The staff was so nice and friendly. The free breakfast and dinner buffets saved us so much money especially with younger kids who don’t finish a meal usually and the options were exactly to their taste.

The complimentary evening meals and breakfast were such a nice benefit! The pool and hot tub were perfect. The staff was so friendly and understanding with so many kids that were staying there! When we go out of town again we will definitely be staying at a Drury!
