Awesome place to stay with kids and pets.

Great location and clean hotel. Only complaint is that we arrived after 4pm and check in is supposed to be 3pm. Room wasn’t ready… and wouldn’t be ready for at least another 30 minutes. I know it takes time to flip rooms but try explaining that to the kids when they don’t understand

We stopped here for a pit stop on our family vacation. Pool was out of order which, with our 4 children would’ve been nice to know ahead of time or even upon check in. Fire pit didn’t work either. Breakfast was not great. We’ve stayed a lot of places over the years and a lot of Hilton hotels and unfortunately this was a big disappointment. I would suggest if traveling with kids to stay somewhere else.

I was already aware of how nice the suites re so I brought my parents while on a family trip and they thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, service, and amenities. Will definitely stay again and recommend

Had a great stay here. The King Suite was spacious and included a full size 'frig, microwave, D/W, coffee maker & sink plus all the dishes necessary to stay in and eat!! Bed was comfy with great bedding. TV had all the nec channels and the room was clean, & quiet for us and our "fur baby". Complimentary breakfast was amply stocked with hot options and included great, hot coffee. It is located in the center of shopping and eateries...perfect location for this traveler.

I usually really love Home 2 Suites. Upon check in the staff was not very friendly. Maybe overwhelmed bc she was alone. It was a Sunday night we checked in. Not a very busy night in a hotel. She gave me a room directly across from the elevator and next to a room that either had repairs or construction occuring for the first two hours we were there. We pulled the sofa bed out for our son and the mattress pad was dirty. Had a dead bug, a girl’s hair tie and makeup on it. Gross. I called down and asked if someone could bring us another one and the gal said no because she was alone. I could see if I could find someone from house keeping in the hallways - but she said it was time for them to leave. We were exhausted from traveling, already unpacked and trying to rest. Between the noise and the mattress pad being dirty, it wasn’t a great impression. I wouldn’t recommend this property. Some positives: the rooms are spacious, they have a pool, enough room for family of 5. Breakfast was maybe a 3 out of 10. Friendliness lacked. Cleanliness was 6 out of 10. Quiet… zero out of 10.

Love this hotel second stay here so combiner close to family & restaurants. Quite enjoyable stay.
