The staff was amazing especially Antonio at the breakfast made to order station . He went out of his way to assist us right at closing time. Hotel was very nice, however we had to use the pull out living area since we were a family of 5 and our room was on the first floor and right outside our room was the bar/lounge/ lobby so it was had music playing until really late and started again at 7 am . Also the beds were full not queen size. I would definitely stay here ago if we didn’t need to use the suite area

WOW! SUCH A NICE HOTEL! Outdoor pool, indoor fountains, little store, free happy hour! We had free beer and wine. Free chips and salsa. Great and clean!!! Rooms were very clean. Gorgeous bathrooms. Mini kitchen. Very nice. No complaints. I stayed with husband, 10, 7, and 2 year old kids and it was perfect. The morning free breakfast was bussin! They had a personal chef! Order what you want and it's all included free in your stay. Unbelievable

Checking in online and the digital key was very easy and convenient. At first glance, the facility was very intriguing. A nice taste of Kentucky bourbon style. Poolside was great for the kids. There were always staff members at the check-in desk. Some were outgoing and friendly, some only had interest in staring at their phones. Breakfast was a great mix of options. Hot and made to order eggs/omelets, sausage/bacon, fresh fruit, cereal, and bakery goods.
My only true concern (which doesn't apply to everyone) were rules when traveling with a pet. We traveled with our rescue dog. He just happens to be very afraid of elevators. I took him down the stairs at one point to be spotted by a lady behind the kitchen counter. She yelled, "Mam" and signaled me to stay there for her. After she walked around the counter and through the door, she stated, "If the dog is not a service dog, he can't be in here.". I explained to her that I was only trying to travel out to the lobby to where my family was waiting for me as the dog was afraid to use the elevator. I don't think she was trying to be rude, but it was hard not to take it as an exaggerated response. The action of holding me in the dining area longer was silly. If she would have observed my actions, I was seeking an exit, not lingering in the dining room. After this experience, I would like to suggest that maybe posting signs around the dining room stating that pets are not allowed, despite the hotel being pet-friendly.

This was the best stay my family and I have had in a long time. Amazing hotel experience. The room was great and everything about our stay was fantastic. The pork chop dinner was amazing and the breakfast this morning was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect family hotel! We walked to an awesome playground for the kids in Shillito park (30 min walk one way or 5 min drive). Highly recommend! Super close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel was lovely. Great breakfast, comfy room. Would definitely stay again.

The first night’s stay was quiet and great. We received a letter from management on arrival that noise and unattended minors were not allowed with 1 warning given before you would be asked to leave.
A wedding was held in the early afternoon the next day in the lobby / second floor areas, which was an open area from the lobby floor to the roof and was open to all guest rooms at the hotel. There was a large crowd, a DJ, kids blowing whistles, loud conversations over the booming music, and fights ensuing at the hotel entrance when we left at 10 PM. Management said they had a contract that ended at 11:30 PM and could only ask that the noise be kept down. We changed hotels because there was no way any guest could sleep until the party ended, whenever that actually happened. They offered to refund for the last night’s stay.

It was an amazing experience for us and glad we chose this hotel for my Son’s graduation. Staff are nice except for the receptionist when I asked to reset my room key as it keeps deactivating. She gave me the look of being irritated with an attitude and asked do you have an ID? I said oops , I just came from the breakfast dining area with my family and I’ll be back. I understand the situation but why the attitude, on a Sunday morning of Father’s Day! Rude person do not belong in the reception area!

Our family love staying at Embassy Suites and this property did not disappoint. Excellent location, near to many restaurants and stores. Loved the room with the separate space for tv and couch. They offer a free happy hour on Saturdays which was great! Overall, would definitely return.
