7 Boutique Hotel

The staff was very helpful and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. It was my daughter, myself, and 6 and 8-year-old grandkids. The hotel is very cute on the inside!

I love that this is NOT a corporate owned hotel. Just an old fashioned family owned operation that is trying to run a place well. Love that big families, like ours can afford to stay in a safe and nice hotel. Thank you.

In looking for a place to stay for the night, the price attracted me but also made me wonder why it was inexpensive. Thanks to reviews here and elsewhere, I saw the hotel was spoken of highly and decided to trust those reviews. And am I glad I did! It's in a quiet location with friendly service. It's a family-run hotel and they live on-site, always ready to assist as needed. For the low price paid, I felt the room was better quality than some corporate chains. Sure, some things can be upgraded but I felt comfortable as soon as I got to the property and walking into the room. The bed was comfy and I really have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend staying here.

No accessible ice machine, waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk so they could get the ice which only the can. Ridiculous. And the pool was filled in so the kids couldnt swim. The lobby stunk & looked dirty. Surprisingly the room was clean but the bed was like a rock.

We have family in Colorado and we live in Missouri. Pratt, Kansas, is a great midway stop if we have to leave late to head out or return home. 7 Boutique Hotel is no frills but always clean and the desk staff are very accommodating.

What a true hidden gem! I've family scattered over most of Kansas, so I'd never before needed to find a hotel, and in a small town like Pratt along the highway, I really wasn't sure what I was going to be getting. This hotel is perfectly situated and easy to access, and despite being right off the highway, unless outside, I never heard a single truck. The staff were so courteous and the room was perfect! Clean, well-maintained, and affordable!
