I asked for a crib and they said they had no special instructions for a crib from Hotels.com which was frustrating at midnight with an infant.

We stayed in 5 different hotels on our 7-day trip, and this one was the worst. The refrigerator in the room barely worked, the clock didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the desk phone wouldn't stay connected to the line, the shower head sprayed erratically, there was mildew around the edge of the tub, there was only one plastic glass in the room for our 2-night stay, they told us (signage) upon registration that they would not clean the room or supply us with fresh towels unless we asked for them, the adjoining room lock was jammed and hard to open/close, the hotel promo says that there is a bistro open morning and evening hours - it was open only for a few hours at breakfast and cost extra. The air conditioner ran constantly but wouldn't cool below 74 degrees during the day. There was a terrible powdery smell in the room which made us think it was meant to cover up other smells (yuck). The people we encountered at the front desk were nice and accommodating and someone was sent immediately to check out the adjoining room lock. It is just not a well-kept facility. We were very disappointed since we were there visiting family for two nights. NOTE: Hotels that accept pets should limit those pets to certain rooms, like they used to do with smokers. PLEASE!!!

I feel I was lead to believe the breakfast was complimentary like every other hotel we stayed at on this trip. I found out I have to pay for every bit of it including coffee at an inflated rate. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but what I’m paying for the room usually gets me and my family free breakfast.

It's a convention hotel -- a small convention center is attached to the hotel, so the hotel hallways (at least on the first floor where I stayed) were wide and spacious. The room was very nice as well. The location was easy to access and there was plenty of parking. The only "amenity" that I wished they would have offered would have been a complementary breakfast -- I believe they offered an ala carte type menu, but it's pretty apparent that once you get into what some call a "nicer hotel" they no longer offer that benefit -- so if you have a family with children, you may want to stay somewhere that offers the free breakfast as it likely will be cheaper and keep you from having to provide a meal. If you really don't care about breakfast, this is a very nice, well-appointed, well kept, and comfortable facility.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff very kind. Grounds were spotless. One family was grilling dinner and kids were playing which was great to see. Fitness room was fantastic which is hard to find in a hotel.

Freddie at the front desk was great and very helpful. Noon checkout time also nice.
This hotel is very outdated. The chair in our room was so gross I did not allow my kids to sit there. Stains all over the carpet and the pool...ew. the online pictures are definately edited. There is food and snacks for purchase and the lobby is nice. Not what I expected from a Marriott.

Satisfactory visit. There were a couple of families of kids playing at the pool while their parents were outside grilling. Parents did check on them occasionally, but they were jumping in and screaming, which made it a little hard for smaller kids to enjoy the pool. Screaming could be heard from the front desk area but no one ever checked. Parents did tell them to stop screaming because they couldn't tell if they were having fun or in trouble. Kids being kids, but it could have resulted in someone getting hurt with the lack of supervision.

Check in was poor. We paid for breakfast during our booking. We were originally told we had to pay for breakfast. I pulled up my reservation that clearly stated how many ppl were included and “free breakfast” for 2 nights. Even though I showed this, I was given a voucher for 2 meals. I had to explain that I had kids (who were included in the booking) and was told that the free breakfast only accommodates 2 for 1 night. The two ppl working at the front desk were very rude about the whole issue. The lady did eventually just give us vouchers but did not do so in a nice way. I was given a phone number to management (?) to question the breakfast issue. I did call it later on and was told the front desk lady was wrong and we should have been provided vouchers for everyone in the booking.
The pool was also closed. We paid more to stay at this hotel for the pool. I asked if we could get some reimbursement due to not having the pool. I was told “the pool is an amenity, it’s not guaranteed so we don’t provide any money back.” I did ask if we could cancel and get a refund to go elsewhere and was told no.
Upon getting into the room, it was NASTY. The pull out was broken and so gross. We had to use an air mattress instead. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and the carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned in months. There was also splattered toothpaste on the walls/mirror of the bathroom. Clearly not disinfected properly.
