Sleep Inn & Suites Davenport - Quad Cities

It was a relocation booking because the 1st hotel could not find my reservation that I booked Wednesday before. The room smelled very bad and gave me a headache. The sheets need replaced m, they were torn. The towels in bathroom is made for kids. Tv did not work asked front seat to fix 3 times! I took pictures of location. Didn’t enjoy the stay and not worth the money.

Firstly I booked a non-smoking room and the room had a strong cigarette smell. They told me they didn't have another one. Other children who were making a mess arrived at the pool and took everyone out instead of just those children. At breakfast the employees look angry all the time and they stare at you as if they were watching you all the time. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel is not very good. I didn't enjoy my stay at all. except for the young lady who was at the front desk at the time of my entry who was friendly.

Good for the price. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Pool was good for the kids. Very affordable.

Was very clean except for the breakfast area. Our stay was great. We are from in town, had to stay due to sewer problems at home. So I would recommend this hotel to family coming into town. Thank you

This was our 6th year staying here because we always come up and stay for fair week. This has always been our home away from home and a great place to stay as why we always come back. But this trip has wrecked it all. From check in on Sunday we had no tv by Monday and it never got fixed, Tuesday the Wi-Fi went out for two days and they didn’t care about getting that fixed. When asked we were laughed at by the front desk staff. We were scolded for bothering them sitting in the lobby when we asked for more towels, the pool was absolutely disgusting and so when we asked them to please clean it we were laughed at again. They were letting people with little kids check in and not telling them the tv and Wi-Fi were out. It was overall a terrible stay and unfortunately will be our last here. I cannot believe how bad just a year later it was. To pay $1100 for mean and rude staff, no tv the entire trip, Wi-Fi out for days at a time, and a filthy pool…. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed in what used to be a great hotel. Hope this warns others. Sad:(

**TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE** We checked in during a tornado. Within ten minutes we ran from this facility after observing drug sales and prostitution in the parking lot directly in front of the entrance. The owner of the hotel refused us a refund even though we didn’t stay and were uncomfortable with the illegal activity happening. We had our two very young children with us as well. Disgusting property and will be disputing the charge with our credit card company. I warn you to stay far from this hotel!

Didn’t like unruly kids running, jumping into the pool. Unsupervised

We found black mold on the air conditioner and I made the choice of not having my family stay there. They asked if I wanted another room and I declined. I then went to get my belongings and they informed me that the manager would be issuing a refund, its been 3 months and still havent heard anything.

Staff was great and rooms spacious and clean. Swimming pool was a little small, no newspaper’s. Feel a little trapped in room no place to go with friends or family.

My check-in was easy, however, I had never had my driver's license copied before this day. I was told it would be shredded. I will watch my accounts closely to make sure this is true. The room smelled stale and there was a lot of tile grout that was loose in the bathroom. The doorway to the pool area has a lot of rust. I would have been nervous bringing a young child into the pool area. The hot tub did not have a timer that worked, nor did the water change, it was just a steady flow. The hotel was quiet, I appreciated the water with lemon. But overall it was just an "okay" place to stay.
