Quiet close doors meant no slamming doors at night! Loved that with kids sleeping.

Hotel was nice but front desk staff wasn’t professional. Our room was on the third floor and the people staying next to our room had a bunch of kids and they were making a ton of noise during the day and night. We have kids also so the noise didn’t bother us. The people on the 2nd floor complained about the noise and the front desk knocked on our door around 5pm telling us to be quiet. I told the lady we weren’t making noise and that was the end of it. At around 10:30pm when everyone in my room was sleeping the same front desk lady was pounding on our door yelling front desk. When I opened the door she said “sorry” and walked towards the room next to us with all the noise. Front desk staff should investigate properly before knocking on doors late at night to try to hear where the loud noise is coming from before waking up innocent families.

Very clean facility - loved the pool/hot tub for our family. Wish there were more "hot" items on the breakfast menu (just biscuits/gravy or waffles). Overall great stay - spacious room for a family of 5!

The uncleanliness really bothered me. The pool floor was nasty, like hadn’t been swept in weeks with bug corpses and hairballs. The pool and hot tub had floaties. I found 4 bugs in the room, 3 were silverfish and not sure on the other. I found hairs in the bed, so it creeped me out. Bed was comfy, kids liked the stay but I found it to be just gross. Probably short staffed and can’t do a good clean. I’ve always liked Country Inn, this one will have me questioning a booking there in the future.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, we were able to relax and it was very quiet. We had our grandkids with us and we always felt safe there with them. The staff is the best part of that hotel … The staff was very friendly to us and the grandkids. We would tell what our activities were for the day and the day at breakfast they asked how our day had been. I reported that I didn’t think the frig was working very well in our room, 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and they had a replacement frig for us. The staff gets a 10…

Stay was good, could've been better if kids were nor allowed (by parents) to run through the hotel into the night.

I was refused a room because they said Hotels.com (Expedia) overbooked them. This was a last minute (four hours before I went to check in) booking due to a family emergency medical issue. I booked the room from the hospital. Then they refused to refund anything. I won't ever choose this chain again.
