Brookstone Lodge & Suites

We booked this hotel so the kids could swim in the morning and we got her at 930pm to find out the pool is broken! No heads up on the website of this at all. That’s literally the only reason we booked with this hotel. So a big let down for my kiddos when they woke up. No discount , no nothing. I told my husband we could’ve just drove home and saved the $160! Also the shower doesn’t drain so the tub is filling as your showering.

Great room and friendly staff. Was in town for a family reunion and it was perfect and very affordable. Thank you!

When I visit family in northwest Iowa, this is the hotel where I stay. It’s a newer hotel in the area and is clean and well-kept. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was large compared to similar hotels. We had plenty of towels as well. Reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable.

Nice hotel and the room we had was clean and had plenty of towels and pillows for my family. Kiddos loved the pool.

Everyone at the hotel was professional and extremely accommodating. It’s definitely the best choice in Emmetsburg. The breakfast was a perfect solution for our family of 4. Thankful for their return of daily housekeeping services because it appears to be lacking at other hotels we’ve stayed in since c19 came into the picture.
