Staff was very friendly. When we asked we got extra towels nice with my small children they love talking and they didn’t seem bothered by it. Nice breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfortable and nice clean bathroom and room when we arrived.

The hot tub was amazing! It was the hottest one that I have ever been in. It was so amazing that I modified my return trip to stay there again on my trip back from Chicago. If I am ever back in the area I will stay there again. The pool maintenance guy was so friendly and allowed my kids to use the pool noodles.

Very upset worst experience I have ever had. Not only was the pool and hot tub empty and that’s part of why I chose this location for my kids to swim but the hallways smell horrible like something rotten and not clean at all. Idk if I will ever use Expedia or americinn after this experience if I could have got a refund I would have just drove back home instead

Price is reasonable and within 45 minutes of Des Moines IA. Breakfast helps when traveling with children. Only one washing and drying machines. Carpet in my room was very musty. Hotel is quiet.
