Over priced basic rooms. The pool was dirty, Coffee is limited, no lights in the put-put golf area, the tv didn't work, the A/C was not very cold and no fridge or microwave. There was a wedding reception on the property and the wedding guests decided they would allow their children to wreck havioc in the pool. Paying guests couldn't enjoy the pool or the outdoor areas because of this. Staff should have done something, but no staff were found. I will not be staying here again.

Quaint, rustic inn with friendly staff, excellent service, and a bar with live music. The outdoor, covered pool is a great space for children and families. It is a short walk to downtown Nashville shops and dining.

Extremely impressed! This place is so nice. Room was spacious, comfortable, updated…had a balcony overlooking courtyard which included, mini golf, sand volleyball, huge 8ft. Deep indoor pool in separate building with sliding doors to let outside air in. So cool. Horseshoe pit, trail connected to Brown County State Forest!, in house restaurant and bar. All with a huge county feel and decor! I highly recommend this place, especially for families!!!!

Beautiful pool. Great playground for the kids. Flower garden and miniature golf! Only complaint is the pillows. They were rather flat and not much support for the neck.

Room has a wonderful view of the hills of Brown County. The property has so many activities for children and adults. The restaurant and bar were nice with good food and reasonable prices. Salt Lick trail behind the Inn was a nice safe walk to downtown Nashville avoiding the cars on SR 46

Comfortable and cozy. Wish I stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities but unfortunately I only stayed one night and met up with family in Bloomington so I was only there for sleeping but will definitely come back to stay and for longer.

I've been coming to Nashville for about 15 years and typically stay elsewhere because of tradition. This year, my husband and I brought our young kids and this was the basis for our decision to stay here. We absolutely loved the huge pool, backyard access to the Salt Creek trail, and the onsite restaurant. Our first story patio overlooked the pirate ship playground and I appreciated its convenience and the fact that I could sit on the patio and supervise them. Although we visited in December, I could tell the place would be even more amazing in warmer weather. They had putt-putt, shuffleboard, volleyball, and tether ball. The inn is U-shaped and so half the rooms overlook this communal area. We ate a late dinner in the restaurant and our service was top-notch. The meatloaf and chicken bites (breaded in cornmeal) were delicious and there was a band playing which we could see and hear from our table. I love the country/ rustic feel of many businesses in Nashville and this fit that same bill. This place so reminds me of what Nashville is all about. We will definitely be staying here again next year for our annual trip!
