Best Western Plus Brandywine Inn & Suites

My stay for 1 night was horrible. Me and my kids stayed at the parked all day, came to room a flying grasshopper in bathroom, also washcloth had old makeup on them, dingy. Request for more towels and desk person was not helpful, sheetts and bedspread was dirty and took pics, never again

Used to be amazing, seems like they're not keeping it up like they used to. I had to deep clean the bathroom and tub before I would let my children use it. The lady working the front desk during the day was amazing, I'm sad I didn't catch her name. The rest of the employees were either clueless, or pretending to be clueless. Any questions or concerns we were told to talk to AJ in the morning. We went to this location for the pool and hot tub, but they were closed for our entire stay, though the staff kept assuring us they would be back open in a few hours. The last night of our stay, when we returned from our explorations, we were excited to see there were people in the pool. Got ready to head down there but were told it was still closed?!? So there were several people hanging out in the closed pool??? I've often wondered how accidents happen at hotel pools, but I suppose people hanging out in a "closed pool" could lead to nothing good. Probably the last time we will try this place for awhile. Was so great, and I'm sure it could be again. I'm just glad nothing happened to the teenagers that were hanging out in the "closed" pool.

Hotel was very nice. real friendly and helpful employees. Would recommend to friends and family.

Loved staying here! The room was comfortble and clean, kid-friendly, fitness room was great as well! The only thing i didnt like was at exactly 10am the staff started putting up breakfast, and there was still food and people in the dining room. Otherthan that, i highly reccomend this place!

Check in was a breeze. The lady working the counter was very helpful and nice. When booking the room, i immediately called the hotel and requested conjoined rooms with a friend. Was told a request will be put in. Also called a few days before and was told, not a problem. However when we checked in our rooms were a few rooms apart. Location was convenient to Indiana Beach. Breakfast was decent and warm, kids loved the waffles. Beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and safe. The indoor pool smelled too much like chlorine, when the kids got out their eyes were red. Overall a great stay, friendly staff, nice hotel

The hotel was easy to find. Check-In was quick and efficient. The pool area was clean and much appreciated. The exterior of the property was clean and well manicured. Great curb appeal. The interior was clean and welcoming. The reception sitting area had comfy couches, chairs, and a fireplace. The breakfast area was clean and served a full morning meal. Super for families. The room needed more attention. After being told, hotel management made prompt corrections. Overall, the hotel represented the Best Western Hotel brand by offering guests the highest and best services possible.
