Enjoy my safe every time, never been disappointed very family oriented. But this stay in Room 201 the fridge would not get cold, inconvenient since I have fruit trays I’d like to have kept. Definitely will be back, this one thing will not discourage me.

Room was nice...little over priced during our stays before compared to the stay this time though ...wish the ice machine is in the same building i had to go inside to the 2nd floor cause ice machine on the 1st floor was out..... wish the check in time was sooner than 4pm and the check out time was later than 10am .... also wish we get free breakfast for all our guest not just 2 kids dont eat much to be charver $7.75 or whatever the amount they charge!

Had a wonderful stay at this location. The staff were very friendly upon entering and the overall experience was great. Room was clean and had no issues. The size was smaller compared to other King Suits I’ve had but still roomy for a family of 4.

This was a wonderful, clean hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. The hotel breakfast was good with lots of variety. They are currently updating many rooms - my daughter's room was beautiful. The pool area looked lovely. I will stay here again.

Property was incredibly loud. There were kids running up and down the hallway all night. Kids knocking on doors and running away. Lots of stomping from upstairs. The hot tub jets didn’t work and there were lots of unsupervised kids in there despite the sign on the door saying no kids unsupervised under the age of 14.

Great staff, awesome rooms, but..... its a resort style place and its draws families with unsupervised kids. The kids, without parental supervision terrorize the hallways, running and screaming. There isn't enough staff to patrol the entire facilities, so the kids are out of control. If you are considering staying, check if there is some kind of event. My stay, there was an under 10 Years old group of spoiled hockey players, worst night ever.

The hotel is a good place to stay My issue with this stay was the trash from the previous guest was in the trash can under the sink and the ice bucket was full of water The pool area is nice however it was overtaken by unsupervised children who just ran and did back flips into the pool. Took pool furniture to sit on the shower

Checking was a hassle for my family members. I booked the rooms for them and had to go in and jump through hoops. I will not use again. I was embarrased. The desk agent didn't really seem interested. Go elsewhere.

The one bedroom suite is nice and has plenty of room. There was a little wear and tear on the bathroom cabinets but everything was clean. The front desk staff were excellent. They were very friendly and accomodating. The cleaning staff found my wife's portable oxygen generator in the room when we left. The front desk contacted us immediately and we were able to return to the hotel and retrieve it. Special thanks to Skyler, Mikaela, and the cleaning staff who informed them immediately. The grandkids loved the pool. It is nice that it is enclosed in case of rain or cool weather. The only negative I have is that the kitchen staff for breakfast are rude and not at all helpful when we pointed out a problem.
