Found out too late that the shower was clogged. I tried to take a shower and it wouldn't drain. I had water half way up my legs and almost slipped twice because the bottom of the tub had a slimey film like it hadn't been cleaned. This was around 10pm, my 4 kids and husband needed a shower but that was obviously a no go. It sucked. At least my interactions with the front desk staff were pleasant which is rare these days.

Check in person was nice, breakfast was good. More options than we thought there would be. However, room wasn’t the cleanest, dirt smeared on bathroom floor, actual dirty mop streaks, rust around sink and tub drains. Elevator floor was really littered, like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. The worst was the pool. It had a weird film in it, very cloudy. Wouldn’t let kids swim in it. They were disappointed. The pool room itself was dirty with stuff all over the floor around the pool, even a clump of hair.

Hotel was great breakfast was pretty good ! Only complaint I have is you can here the people above your room you can hear people walk through their room or kids running but that doesn’t make this hotel bad. Just saying the walls and floors are thin. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was great, but we did have concerns about the pool. We walked in to a over 90 degree pool room. Our eyes immediately burned before we got in the water. No air or ventilation. The water was entirely over chemical treated. Entirely more chlorine than needed or required. Our kids faces, eyes, and mouths burned upon entering the water. We couldn’t sit in the pool house so we sat in the tables outside. It was not healthy.

There was staff knocking on the doors at 10pm to see if customer were still in their room. It appears that they coming in and snooping on the customer and taking items out of their room. In my room I left for an event and my cleaning and personal supplies was stolen out the room. So be careful about leaving your stuff in the room unattended while you out gambling or on a family outing.
