Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Fishers, an IHG Hotel

Problems that were reported by previous guest still have not been addressed. It has been over 2 months. 1) hot tub jets not working 2) pool card reader broken, pool heater not working, ever kids would not go in. 3) 1st room dirty and smoked in, had to fight to get new room, 4) bathroom vent broken 5) bathroom door broken, hope you dont like privacy- was broken and warped 6) had to move dress just to access one side if the bed, 7) tub saw so dirty and stained we had to ware watershoes 8) front dest staff was very rude!! MAIN concern, know your plan of escape incase of fire, all exit sign were blocked by lihjt fixtures and fire proif doirs were propped open. The whole hotel needs a major update/overhaul. I could never recommend this hotel to my worst enemies. If i could I would give it zero stars

Very nice stay! We had the 2 bedroom suite which was nice having family come to us to visit at hotel while we were in town. Friendly environment, quiet, great breakfast, pool was nice. At staff were very pleasant through our 3 night stay. Will be a hotel on the top of my list for future indianapolis trips. Everything we needed for shopping was all within a 5 to 8 minute run from hotel which was great!

The overall ambience of the hotel is average. It is clean. Our room was very nice. It accommodated the (6) of us nicely. The amenities are below average. The pool is very small. The hot tub did not function during our stay. The staff wasn't able to keep up with the hotel guest consumption during breakfast. There was zero coffee during the 45 minutes I was downstairs. The pool required maintenence that caused closure on a Sunday morning. While I understand the staff isn't at fault - the 5 children in my party were very disappointed.

The room was comfortable and clean. The table for evening snack and breakfast had baby ants everywhere. Also breakfast started at 630. The coffee was from last night and wasnt hot. The guy said 5 min. It was 745 am. Coffee should have been done first. Didnt get coffee till 8. Also my hair dryer is broken.

Pool was finally working .. kids loved it

We loved the pool and the continental breakfast was amazing! Overall, a very nice stay. We had a lot of ants in our room on the bedside table. And there was also an area on the carpet that was ripped out and had exposed nails. We had to cover it with furniture so our little children’s feet stayed away.

Good place to stay when visiting family and traveling with our dogs. 🙂

Love staying at stay here. Only problem is even my young kids dont like swimming in the pool because the water is so cold. Other than that this place is one we will stay at every year!

I didn’t like that the pool was basically a separate building that was apparently not heated so my children and I froze getting to and from the cold pool. I didn’t like that the staff was less than helpful other than the lady who checked us in. I also didn’t like how dismissive the staff was and how much of a hurry they were in for you to get checked out.

We got the suit that fits 8 people. We have 6 kids and it was perfect for all of our kids. Everyone had plenty of room.
