Best Western Plus Gas City

One reason I chose to stay here was the pool but I was never able to use it. Why have a pool and its expense only to limit its use? I was in town for a conference and hoped to use the pool early mornings and late evenings but it didn't open until 8 am and closed at 10 pm. Even if I returned before 10 kids were in the pool. No kids after 9 and keep the pool open 24/7 for adults.

Our room was absolutely invested with bugs. It was so bad that the woman immediately said she would refund my card however I have not received any refund yet and it's been 3 days. We got this room to celebrate the last day of fall break for my children and I ended up staying up until 6:00 a.m. because I couldn't sleep knowing they were surrounded by literally thousands of woodlice. I did not notice the infestation until the middle of the night or we would have left immediately. My 6-year-old has breathing issues and so picking him up at 2:00 a.m. when it's 30° outside is not ideal so I just stayed awake and watched them to make sure no bugs were on them through the night and went to the front desk as soon as they woke up. For a $160 room, that was totally unacceptable.

Greta location for see my family. Great are for dining locations. room was excellent and staff was professional and friendly.

I came into town with reservations, that was overbookand best Western was kind enough to try and match my book price and stay time. There hotel was down on few things, exercise room only one machine worked, pool heater was not working correctly and cold but my kids enjoyed themselves anyway. So all in all they save my vacation stay,snd i will use them again.

Great place stopping over to spend the night on our family travels.

Very nice, clean rooms. Pool was small, but fine for small children. Overall decent place to stay while traveling.
