Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fair Oaks Farms

We were traveling home to Indy from Illinois and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was nice, clean, and our kids (13 and 16) enjoyed the pool, while I enjoyed the gym. The gym is very nice by hotel standards. Open, clean, big, and have a couple of each machine + benches. It was a bit pricey for just a place to stay, but comparable to the area because of the attraction there. We've been to Fair Oaks Farms many times over the years, but were not going this trip. It would be a great place to stay if you were doing Fair Oaks Farm though.

Overall, the stay at the hotel was really nice! The room was clean, roomy and comfortable! My kids loved the bathtub! The bedding did smell a little strongly like bleach, but other than that, no issues with the room! The pool however, in my honest opinion… was not good. It didn’t seem like the pool had been cleaned in quite a long time. The floor/tiling felt very gross. There was like greenish gunk all over. Someone’s child had pooped on the floor of the pool, and at least for the 30-40 minutes that we were in there, it was never cleaned up. So I left a towel over it and let the front desk know. I did think that the concept of the indoor/outdoor hot tub was neat! It seemed slightly more sanitary than the rest of the pool area. It could be a very nice aspect of the stay, but it severely needs cleaned/redone. The restaurants at the stay and the breakfast were all very good! Overall it was a decent trip! Just could use a little extra tlc!

Very comfortable room. If you like your hotel in a very quiet, countryside setting this is the place for you. Restaurants are are attached and don’t have to leave at all if you don’t want to. Great family setting.

Great place to spend a couple of days with young kids

The hotel looks like a giant barn. Very cool. I loved the indoor/outdoor hot tub! The pool has fun activities for kids too! Hot breakfast included and options for dinner as well. Rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended to stay here if your in the area.

This is one of the nicest Fairfield's we have stayed in. The front desk staff were so prfessional and pleasant! We checked in easy and felt comfortable immediately. The kids loved the "pool" area. It was clean and there was something for everyone. It was a family friendly environment! I recommend if you want a clean, family friendly hotel stay!

Very pleased with this hotel. Everything seems up to date and great condition. Since I was in town for business, I chose this location since it had a restaurant, bar, cafe and generally just an interesting place. I'm sure my kids would have loved visiting the attractions here. Instead, I enjoyed some fantastic margaritas at the bar and a delicious burger. One meal I visited the cade, which is a great spot to stop in. I got a Cuban sandwich (my favorite), which was amazing and fresh. Many others were in there for delicious ice cream. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here, for both traveling individuals, and especially families. Safe, convenient and a bit different. Loved it!

This hotel is so beautiful and unique. They have baby calves and piglets. Tons of fun for everyone! Even my 70 year old mother enjoyed this property. I would highly recommend. We are from MN and would drive here again.
