Hotel Elkhart, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My famy has a fantastic weekend at this hotel. We were i town for a sports event and this was one of the only hotels left to book. The hotel is extremely clean, all of the associates were professional while also showing patience and cheer. Having a hotel with everything on site made everything worthwhile. We would definitely stay again. We also had the family room...omg so much space for us and we are a family of 6. Everyone slept comfortably.

Hotel Elkhart was perfect for my family trip! Huge room and bathroom that allowed for us to spread out comfortably. Staff were kind and the hotel was clean and modern. Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay here again!

I called this hotel twice to confirm tubs in our rooms since we were traveling with our children. I was told yes on the phone both times and confirmed at check in, when I got to the rooms, neither had a tub as promised. It was 8:30 pm at this point so I went back downstairs and after running around to other rooms, I was told I could find other accommodations or accept the rooms. By this time, another hour had gone by with my three small children trying to patiently wait. We were given breakfast vouchers for the error, but honestly we should have received some kind of refund. In addition to the false promises about the rooms, we found a bug in our room, the shower dispensers were out of soap and the AC would not maintain cool temperatures. All issues which we called and documented for both rooms.
