Hampton Inn by Hilton Bedford

1. The breakfast lady was extremely rude, they don’t keep anything stocked at either. 2. The pool is tiny “don’t be fooled by the pics”. 3. After checking in, we went to our rooms. The room had a fragrance smell. It wasn’t a bad smell. We stayed 1 night. We checked out the next day. We was charged $250 for a cleaning fee due to what we thought was a room deodorizer used by the hotel BEFORE we arrived. So basically they stole $250 from me. They won’t return my money, and Hampton customer service will not help in any way! So if you like bad service, your money stolen, or have kids and want to enjoy the pool. DO NOT GO HERE! I give this review based on my actual experiences. I have stayed at tons of hotels across the country. This is by far one of my worse experiences I’ve ever had!

I reserved and paid for a bedroom with 2 queens. Upon check in we received one king bed. The hotel was fully booked so they could not provide us with another room or even a cot to accommodate my two children.

The staff at Hampton was so helpful. We were there for a funeral and had a rather large family staying at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. The facilities were clean and if we needed something, they were quick to respond. We will definitely stay there when we are in Bedford.
