I chose Hilton because it was recommended and convenient for the our reason for the visit. I was unhappy to find out the breakfast was not included. For a name like Hilton and the price I payedfor less than 24 hours, I guess it was expected. I am particularly to blame for not seeking further details when i saw the word "breakfast" in amenities. $30 for 1 adult and to kids. I should have went to Hampton Inn.

Front desk staff was friendly and answered questions I had. Housekeeping checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The in room dining service was perfect for my kids. The bar area was lovely and the bartender was friendly.

It was nice and clean but when we first got there our AC didn’t work. They fixed it while we were in there. He had to put a whole new one in. Maintenance was nice but I figured they would move us rooms at least. The pool was small and overrun by kids the whole time (checked up until 11pm). There wasn’t many dining options in the hotel or things to do other than the bar and Starbucks. It was kind of dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The hotel itself was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The layout of the room was a little odd. You could hardly close the bathroom door as when you closed it, it almost touched the front of the toilet. Also, there was not a door on the vanity area so when I got up early to get ready and turned the light on, it lit up the whole room including my area where the rest of my family was still sleeping. The pool was odd as well. You had to walk through the exercise room to get to it. All in all the hotel was nice.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Comfortable bedding. Lots of common areas in lobby made it nice to meet up with family. Parking garage across the street with sky bridge to cross street to hotel. Parking was $15 for the night with in/out. Wish pool area was bigger. It was quite busy and anywhere you sit is a splash zone. Overall a very nice stay.

I did not like the dirty sheets and towels in the hallways. They was there half our time here. That our parking was suppose to be with our room we got a deluxe room even when i call before hand. Still charge $15 for parking. Front desk was rude needed batties for dying remote the man acted like he was the battery king even offered to pay. Finally after arguing with him did he give me 2 out of a pack of 4 like i was a kids. Crumbs all over the floor in my room under coffee table 2 of the lamps lightbulbs was blown. Needless to say the wife and i will not be returning.
