We had a situation arise where our travel was delayed. Even upon contacting the property on the night we were supposed to check in and checking in online they cancelled our two day reservation and had to pay for a new reservation. Hilton escalated customer support stated it was up to the property and they had no problem canceling and re-charging. Not worth such an expensive night stay and not willing to accommodate families. Beware if flights change etc. this property does not care.

The check-in was quick and all was good. The room was clean and tidy. The curtains pulled all the way closed. I slept like a baby! My husband accidentally left his CPAP cord behind. I called the hotel directly and asked about it. The front desk clerk found it and put it away for me to come get it. Excellent service at this hotel. I highly recommend!

Right off the bat, walking into the hotel, the scent is a bit overwhelming. Some kind of air freshener. Headache inducing. This stay was for our twins upcoming birthday. The main reason kids like hotels is because of the pool. Well, this pool was closed while we were there for painting. I wasnt notified of this. Had i known that would take place, i would have booked somewhere else. I dont appreciate spending how much we did and having a large amenity unavailable. Then, coming down for breakfast we're met with a sign for breakfast costs. I was shocked to say the least. I have never stayed somewhere where the breakfast costs money. Again, with as much as we spent on the room, the fact that bfast isnt included is ridiculous. The options for it were also lacking. Not impressed at all. One of the cleaning staff was around the corner from where we were sitting in the lobby. Im assuming he didn't realize anyone was that close. He stopped to chat with someone for a good 15 minutes and the profanities flew. My kids were with me. I dont appreciate that at all. Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say, we won't be back... and we will probably never book Hilton again.

There was a snake in the indoor pool when my kids tried to go swimming. There was no complementary breakfast and I paid $552 for two nights for nothing special at all.

When we went into our room it looked like a teenager put the room together. Nothing was nicely put in there or welcoming. It looked like someone had laid on top of the bed spread and the bathroom just had towels thrown into it. I have stayed at this hotel 10 times and this was probably my last time. It used to be extremely nice, comfortable and more importantly quiet. We heard kids running and screaming all night and had to turn a speaker on with white noise to try to block the noises out.

I got to the hotel and I booked a 2 bedroom suite, and that was not the room I was given I was told that was an error with the booking site, I was given a king suite, which did not have enough beds for my family. The room was dirty, it had spots on the wall, one of the lamps was completely missing the button to turn it on. The people in the rooms on the 4th floor above us we had to call the front desk about a couple times becaue it was so loud. The pool was unkept there were no towels, the bathroom door could not even close. For the amount of money I was charge I expect and deserve a much higher quality room. I am very unhappy with the stay here.

I was shocked by how rude the front desk lady was to customer after customer. Raising her voice and all. In addition, some friends we were traveling with booked a suite because that is what they needed to fit their large family in. The hotel gave their suite away because someone who stayed the previous night wanted it. They moved our friends into a 2 bed regular room. And had to squish into a regular room with kids sleeping in chairs, etc. absolutely unacceptable.

I love clean, new hotels, and this place fit the bill! The kids (and I ) loved the pool and the coffee was way better than the crap at some motels for breakfast!

The hotel is new and very clean. Our room was very nice. The pool was nice but I think they need to check the chlorine levels. It dried our skin badly and my kids had some discomfort from that. The poor bartender was the only person serving people in the entire bar and grill. Since we were not in a hurry it wasn't a problem, but why they only staff one person to handle a bar and seating for probably another 35-40 people on a Saturday night is beyond me.
