Comfort Suites Peoria I-74

Rooms were dirty. Pool appeared to have had vomit in it. Multiple Windows were cracked throughout the facility. Our first room had no overnight security latch. Small complaint, the cable in the rooms have nothing for kids to watch

I will not stay here again. Called before booking to make sure the pool was open. Yes. Well after checking in the sign on the pool said closed. We asked a guy if it was open and he said yes wait just a minute. After waiting 30 min and him never coming back the lady at the desk said it’s closed. When checking in there was a baby behind the counter screaming the entire time of check in. When I asked for a refund because the only reason we booked here was for the pool we were told there was nothing they could do. If we had known the pool was closed we would have stayed next door for half the price.

This hotel is very run down overall. Curtains offered no privacy and there were families going out to their cars all night to get stuff walking by and slamming doors. Very hard to get some rest. Complimentary breakfast was pretty crummy too.

The staff was super friendly and takes care of business when it comes to the very rude customers with children running around, being loud and obnoxious.

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at this location and have been very happy both times. It will always be our go to stay when we are in Peoria.

It was wonderful. Nice day was great. My kids had a great time in the pool. Breakfast was wonderful. I will be using this place again.

This hotel is atrocious. When checking in the front desk attendant was chatting on her cell phone ignoring patrons. When she finally hung up to help she acted annoyed to be having to help. Our room reeked of smoke and other foul odors. It was unbearable. There was what looked like a poorly cleaned vomit stain on the carpet next to the bed. We walked into our room and walked right back out. Wasted $130 but it was worth it to take my family somewhere nicer.

The hotel does appear like they've remodeled the rooms to a degree, but the sleeper sofa had three huge blood stains on the bed cushion, so I slept on the sofa while my wife and kids slept on the beds. The rest of the hotel looks like it's in tremendous need of remodeling (at least 20 years old). The free breakfast was okay, the wifi was terribly slow, and the workstation in the lobby didn't work. They said they had to pull a printer off of the business station that night, but I don't think that was the cause of he issue. There is nothing in the immediate neighborhood, but on the other side of the interstate there is a shopping mall and a drug store if you need something. We got by since we were only staying overnight to go to the airport, but it wasn't the greatest of experiences.
