Best Western Oswego Hotel

All the workers are nice ran into issue had to leave some luggage behind they took care of it for me! Will recommend kid friendly and nice are!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. The pool was undergoing repairs so that was the only downside. The breakfast was good and the staff was so helpful. Hats off to Ben who saved us (I reserved the wrong day!) and continued to provide kind service during our two night stay. Will definitely return.

I was happy with our one-night stay at Best Western in Oswego, IL. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in pretty good condition. The breakfast was very good and the lady who was in charge of breakfast, Diane, was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool was closed for maintenance and we had chosen this hotel because it had an indoor pool for our kids. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean upon entering but never received room service through out the weekend stay (friday-sunday) beds were incredibly uncomfortable for my family and I. 8months pregnant and had severe pain due to uncomfortable bed. The pool was fun to enjoy but the breakfast was not great.

Friendly staff, very clean and pleasant. Breakfast included was really nice - and plenty of seating. Minor cons - pool was a little chilly and could hear hall noise (kids running). But room was spacious, bed comfortable and it wasn't on a main drag - yet convenient to everything! Definitely would stay again.

It was a nice hotel. However there is a distribution hub for semi-trucks. So we had a lot of noise the first night. The swimming pool is not very big. So it was not a kid friendly pool. The morning breakfast ok. The lady taking care of it kept it tidy and clean.

The pool was fine, a bit too clorinated. Had to get out after not long. My skin started getting irritated in less than 20 mins. My kids had a good time though. There is also no bathroom/changing room in the pool area, so be ready to use the one stall bathroom in the lobby, or go to your room wet. The room was big, they had microwave and fridge, which was nice. But there was a bit of a musky smell, i believe it was the covers. Like when you leave clothes in the washer over night. Mattress was very firm. Not sure if it was just us, but it was extremely loud in the morning since 6am, doors wouldn't close unless you slam them basically.
